Aug 19, 2002 1 cup fat free milk 1 cup pineapple sherbet or coconut sorbet ½ cup canned or fresh crushed pineapple ½ teaspoon coconut extract Fresh pineapple spears (optional) Place milk, sherbet, pineapple and coconut extract in blender container.
