July 16, 2003 From: President George Bush (tallinthesaddle@whitehouse.gov) To: George Tenet (bigcheese@cia.gov) Hey George, I got this today, I think we ought to move on this right away! Thanks GWB From: Cliff Nkosi [mailto:cliffdanis03@go.com] Sent: Wednesday, July 17, 2003 6:08 AM To: President United States of America , George W. Bush Subject: partnership RE: REQUEST FOR URGENT BUSINESS TRANSACTION. Dear Mr. President of The United States, I'm aware that this unexpected letter will come to you as a surprise I appologise for any inconvenience, but please do bear with me for i am only seeking for your help. However, your address was the consideration and recommendation of your profile when I went to www.whitehouse.gov and became aware of your credibility and integrity when last we dealt with representatives of your Central Intelligence Agency in regard to a shipment of Uranium to Iraq. I understand that this information was very useful to you in your convincing of the US people to invade Iraq. Thus my humble decision to solicit for your understanding mutual cooperation in this transaction, which will be beneficial to all of us. I am aware that your great country is currently occupying the terrorist nation of Iraq for the purpose of freedom and liberation of the peoples of Iraq. My country , Nigeria, has gone through its own troubles. I am aware that your country is currently spending 1 billions US dollars a week on forwarding your Military concerns in Iraq, so it may become required for you to secure an alternate means of funding these special efforts. I am currently in possession of information of secret funds that have been sitting in a secret bank account belonging to the late engineer Theophilus Baker equaling $13.4 billion dollars US ($13,400,000,000) that the late Mr. Baker had deposited in the First National Bank of Nigeria. We have exhausted all efforts to locate the next of kin of Mr. Baker without success, and now I would like to propose a transaction agreement where-by you could stand in as Mr. Baker's reletive so as to enable the transfer of these funds to a foreign account, after which you will keep 25% of the total amount ($325,000,000) for your efforts. Certainly, this amount will help to off-set the costs of waging this difficult occupation of a foreign country that is currently using over one half of your current military capability? Of course, we must keep this transaction strictly private, so please do not mention it in your next State Of The Union Address. I anxiously await your reply. Thank You Most Sincerely Cliff Nkosi Administrative Vice President First National Bank of Nigeria, Uranium Transfer Division Lagos, Nigeria ------------ Email Scott Jones: scott.jones@medem.com Comment on this column in the forum.
