May 25, 2003 As the moon and the sun go around the earth,... Well,.. we all know just one of them does. The other one just seems to be going around the earth. So things don't seem to be what they are. Have you ever noticed this in friends, family or colleagues. Yes you did!!! But which group is worse? The friends,.. well you choose them your self. So if you find that many of your friends do not seem to be what they are it says more about your self then about them. Your Family,.. Can´t choose them. So if you find them to be different from what they seem, you may not fit in very well,.. were you adopted? Or did you choose the wrong/right friends? Your colleagues,... Can´t choose them neither (some people do though). But if you find that many of them are different from what they seem, you may be a bad judge of character. Conclusion is that the more you find that people do not seem to be what they are, the problem lays in your self, not in them. But does that make you a bad person, or a less good person? Of course NOT!!! You are who you are, and if you are dissapointed in people too often, you may want to set your expectations a little lower. Take people for what they are,.. not for what you want them to be. It can be so revealing!!! Love the world for what it is. Not for what you want it to be. Focus on the good things, but do not ignore the bad things, just be aware of them, so you do not make things worse.
