I finished reading David Limbaugh's "Absolute Power" on my way over to Hawaii on the plane last Saturday. Published in 2001, Mr. Limbaugh did an excellent job in setting down a chronicle of corruption that was the Clinton/Gore/Reno Justice Department. At twelve chapters and 336 pages, there is just enough information to ensure any justification for anger against the former demic- rat administration.

I was in the Army during President Clinton's 8 years in office. I remember much of what these twelve chapters speak of. I remember Waco and the Branch Davidians; the lawsuit against Big Tobacco; Travelgate; Ken Starr; Campaign Financing by Communist China for missle technology; and the release of the FALN to boost Madam Clinton's chances in the New York State Senatorial Campaign; and, of course, the Elian Gonzalez saga.

Oh. But did I know any of what was going on behind the scenes by the Reno Department of Clinton Protectionism? Not one tenth of what "Absolute Power" chronicles. In all the above events, and the couple I did not mention, (read the book) Clinton/Gore/Hillary/Reno, lied and the others swore to it. All were able to avoid prosecution for committing acts of judicial corruption that would have jailed us lesser mortals for the duration of our individual mortality.

Every chapter of this book is well researched from media archives and congressional records. For 8 years we had a president and a vice- president who were known as "the solicitors-in- chief". The two spent more time finding ways to raise campaign and election funds than ever they did to seek out and destroy Osama-bin-Butthead. Then we find out the DNC had to return over 8 million dollars because it was found out Clinton/Gore were accepting funds from illegal, foreign (Communist Chinese) sources. (How do you think we Chinese got your American missle Technology? We stole it!)

Liberals have no defense, except to say Clinton/Gore were never prosecuted for wrongdoing. Well, it is not suprising when you understand the role of the "Friends of Bill" at the Department of Justice. More than 6 times investigators asked for independent counsel to investigate more fully the wrongdoing from the top down. Every time, Janet Reno opened a preliminary investigation and then determined there was never enough evidence against the President, (Her Boss by the way. Can anyone say Conflict Of Interest?) or VP Gore to warrant independent counsel. Every one of those findings was a lie. The evidence was there and was squashed by Reno's justice department to protect Willie Jeff and The Tree.

If you haven't read "Absolute Power" you are missing ammunition for your next debate with your liberal "friends". Unlike the diatribes of liberal writers, whose sole purpose for writing books is to slander the right, tell bald-faced lies, destroy Christian beliefs, cover-up their own shortcomings, and try to drag the country down in divisiveness, "Absolute Power" contains names, dates and incontrovertable facts about eight dark years of corruption sponsored by a President with no conscience, a Vice-President with no soul, a First Lady with visions of grandure and an Attorney General with the power and authority to keep them all out of jail. Mr. Limbaugh's book is a worthy read.
