Aug 15, 2004 Now, I may never find “Waldo”, but for those of you who have been wondering the whereabouts of “Bevis and Butthead” I can tell you that I have found “Butthead”. His name is Robin Wallace. (But with a first name “Robin” he could be a she.) Robin Wallace wrote: "For gays of McGreevey’s generation and those who came before, society had the option of accepting and benefiting from their talent, work and contributions without accepting them. We have always had gay school teachers and soldiers, politicians and sports heroes. We’ve also had the option to pretend otherwise. Society no longer has that option because today’s generation of gays will not stand to be forced to choose between their personal happiness and their professional ambitions.” What is this paragraph telling me, but to expect more anarchy from the less than 3 percent of the nation’s population that chooses to remain sexually immoral? What is this paragraph saying that is not a threat to the stability of real marriage between men and women and the protection of real religious faith in the true God? What is this paragraph telling me but that sexually immoral “Professionals” “will not stand” for the truth that homosexual activity is against moral law and should not be in practice at all? If gays want to be personally happy in their professional ambitions then they should come out in the wide open, confess their sins, ask for forgiveness for their sexual sickness and promise never to pull a stunt like Governor James McGreevey did; hiring his “boy-toy” to a position he knew nothing about and was not qualified to be in; then sexually harassing the poor gay guy till his position as Governor of the State of New Jersey was compromised! I’m sorry; but “personal (i.e. gay sexual) happiness” and “professional ambition”; as we have witnessed in the McGreevey case, just does not mix. Wallace wrote: “We’re either going to have to accept openly gay men and women as our elected officials (we have), school teachers (we have), soldiers (not with a Bush Presidency), sports heroes (we have) business leaders (we have), and parents (ARGH!); or we are going to have to deal with the consequences of doing without them in those areas.” Personally, since we are dealing with less than 3 percent of the total in those professions; I would be willing to lay them all off and recommend them for jobs in California and Massachusetts. Then I would hire people who preferred not to be sexually immoral, or liars to their families, or adulterers, or just plain stupid to compromise a high government office like James McGreevey did. Yet, even through all of that I was willing to give Mr. or Ms. Wallace the benefit of a doubt until I read this: “And if we ever deplete the ranks of our best and brightest by that much, we won’t be left with much.” That was where Wallace replaced his or her brain with his or her butt. My Lord! What a brazenly arrogant and disingenuous statement! “We won’t be left with much.” HEY! All you non-gay elected officials, school teachers, soldiers, sports heroes, business leaders and parents! What do YOU all think of Mr. or Ms. Wallace’s statement? How accurate might that be? And that’s how I found, Butthead. ------------ About the Author: Michael John McCrae is an Independent, Conservative, Christian who has been personally insulted as a voter because John Kerry thinks the "Heart and Soul of America" lays in the "X-rated sexual innuendo" of Whoopi Goldberg. Well, Michael McCrae thinks America is better than that. Michael McCrae believes there is at least some morality left. So Michael McCrae is going to leave this here (until after the election) as a reminder to all of what John Kerry and John Edwards believe the Real America to be. They believe America's "heart and soul" resides in the "X-rated sexual innuendo" of Whoopi Goldberg. You can draw your own conclusions.
