You want a little bit of HTML Help and get that website started?  Well, this could be the way to get you there!  I am not a professional, nor am I anywhere near an expert at web page designing.  I just love to make web sites and HTML and have fun.  My website is at the bottom in my bio, in case you are wondering.  While you might have seen my articles in politics sometime, this will have nothing to do with that.  This is plain ol' HTML at it's finest.  So, here it goes.
                    
The basic setup of HTML is as follows:
                    <HTML>
                    <HEAD>
                    
                    </HEAD>
                    <BODY>
                    
                    </BODY>
                    </HTML>
As you can see, it is very easy.  Now, all commands must be in brackets <>, and all other code will be shown on the screen.  Obviously, <HTML> is starting the code, so the computer knows it is HTML.  <HEAD> is for the heading.  
This is where you would put the <TITLE>, or what shows up in the top column of the browser, and frames, but we'll get into that later.  The <BODY>, is obviously the body.  This is where ALL the code will be done, where everything you want to be on the page will be.  You can type whatever you want within the body, and all of it will show on the web page.  Very easy.  
                    
The / before the code ends that code.  The </HEAD> means the Heading is ended.  You must put that after everything if you wish to end that command.  
                    
Now, let's say you want it to say MY WEBSITE at the top of the page, center, and in large print.  All you have to do is the following:
                    <H1><CENTER>
                    MY WEBSITE
                    </H1></CENTER>
The center is for centering the text.  The H1 is for the size of the text: the smaller the number, the smaller the text.  Notice how I ended both the H1 and CENTER.  This is so the  code after this will not be affected by either of those two.  If you want it to, you do not need to end the code.  
                    
Well, there ya have it.  A little bit of help from someone who somewhat knows what he is doing.  Hopefully this is a good start and I hope to be back to show you images and links.
