Mar 19, 2004 Last year I wrote an article entitled "Do We Need Europe?" I think I can honestly and convincingly answer: NO! Aside from genetics what do we have in common with Europe anymore? This is a continent that appeases terrorists, lives in a dream world(or maybe an alternate universe),and hate Americans more than it hates islamic terrorists, becuase in their view at least islamic terrorists don't eat at McDonalds. Never mind the rampant socialism that has led to economic stagnation, their refusal to defend themselves, or their condensending arrogance. Let's stick with curretn events and current opinions. Most Euro's despise this country and the people that live in it. Now I really don't care if some frog leg chewing dork in Paris can't stand my exsistence. Too bad for him. However if you are going to hate us at least get why you hate us right. A poll shows that 80% of Germans think that Americans are bloodthirsty. Now let that sink in for a moment. Germany. The nation that started two world wars. Tried to exterminate every non aryan that it came across,expieremented on slavs, jes gypsies and everyone else that was unlucky enough to get in the Germans way. AND THEY CALL US BLOODTHIRSTY?! Buchenwald wasn't shut down by a vote of the German parliment, it was shut down because American G.I.'s came and closed it down. We went to war and liberated 25 million Iraqi's with a mininum loss of life, and were the animals? Sadly this disease isn't confined to snotty jounralists and psuedo intellectuals. The average european has been infected by it as well. Ask the average loser on the other side of the atlantic who they think is the better human being :Saddam Hussein or George W. Bush and a vast majority of Euro's will say Saddam. The man who put hundreds of thousands of his own people in mass graves. Compared to the man who liberated two oprressed nations. But hey, at least saddam looked good in a beret and wasn't a born again Christian. Right? I won't even get into the French, they just aren't worth the time. But take the Spaniards. The get hit once by the Jihadists and they're already crying and going home. Why are we still allies with countries like this? The only true ally we have is Britain and even they don't think that the fight is worth it.
