Treasonous Democrats And A Nuclear North Korea
July 25, 2003

To me, having been in the U.S. Army in the Korean War, the worst treasonous crime of the liberal Democrat establishment was forbidding the bombing of the Yalu River bridges. We could have just bombed the southern ends, which were in North Korea (where we did bomb other targets), and they would have been destroyed, saving tens of thousands of American lives. Our traitorous State Department said they were afraid of irritating the Chinese --- but China lost a million dead soldiers in Korea --- that didn't irritate them? (For that "million" estimate, see Encyc. Brit., web edition, end of Intro section.)

If we had bombed the Yalu bridges in the Korean war, then we would not presently have to face a Communist North Korea and very dangerous nuclear blackmail. We can't just hide behind a big wall over here, and be so afraid of irritating the various hyper-aggressive people of the world. They can sling various extremely destructive things over any kind of wall, nowadays. President Bush is now doing the right thing by destroying the groups that would certainly be attacking us in the future, if we don't severely weaken them first. However, the Democrats didn't do that, when they could have and should have.

The "liberals," who really don't want us to succeed, always try to hold us back, as Ms. Coulter has rightly pointed out. They sympathize with Communsts, Muslims, and other "poor" people (whose leaders are actually super-rich, not poor at all). The Yalu bridges example is quite relevant today, with North Korea soon becoming able to kill us by the millions --- but we could have completely extinguished their destructive flame in 1952. It's a clear example.

The next worst treasonous and traitorous crime of the liberals was not allowing us to completely occupy the parts of Laos and Cambodia where the Ho Chi Minh trail was. The Communists had troops moving there --- so why couldn't we have troops there? (Irritate the Chinese?) Again, that would have saved tens of thousands of American lives and changed history, saving a million Cambodians from tortured deaths.
