Kudos To Useless-Knowledge

By Lee Zelhart
Sept. 25, 2004

I want to congratulate Useless-Knowledge for being recognised for some of the contents of the site by it's peers. I'm glad to see it's being viewed by others.

I note a lot of what was referenced was concerning Jolly John (Heinz) Kerry. Of course there is more to the story then him and I'm glad to be part of the contributing columnists. There's more than conservatives writing here at UK and one who stands out is Michelle Malsbury.

I don't often agree with Michelle. We often are the odd bookends. Holding up either end of the stuff in between. Of course there are a great number of talented writers between my point of view and hers. Some I'm more familiar with. Others I've just seen listed with their articles. I can't read everything. It's my loss.

Now, with that said. I don't think Useless-Knowledge gets enough credit. Maybe I don't see all the comments. I have been busy telling my friends about the site so they can see what I've written, but figure if some of my friends get here they will also find other interesting things.

Not all of my friends believes exactly the same way I do and I wouldn't expect that. So I'm glad UK got some recognition. I've had someplace to expend my voluminous opinions. I've also become familiar with some really nifty fellow wordsmiths. If I haven't read your stuff yet I may when I've got the time. At least no matter what we believe we can also share our thoughts and respect each others ideas. That says a lot.

So, Kudos to Useless-Knowledge (I'm not sure what a Kudo is other then a candy bar) but I'm guessing it's a good thing. Nuff said, Semper Fi! Oh, and if I didn't mention anyone else by name. Michelle is in Hurricane territory and so she's been busy writing while dodging hurricanes and holding everything down. I've been in one hurricane and that was enough.
