Sept. 24, 2004 Since Mr. Lurch (John Kerry) and Ms. Tootsie (Teresa Heinz) speak French, they should move permanently to France where they could speak the language of Louis XIV and not the language of the mundane, rude and crude Americans. Here is an overview of John Kerry’s beloved Europe. Most of the governments in Europe are controlled by the European Socialist Party. The EEC Parliament is also controlled by the Socialists. These are the same socialists that have come up with the highly admired government administered social health care system which Kerry wants to establish here in the USA. The European social health care system is a system in which people actually die waiting for operations and even have to wait endless months to get life saving diagnosis when sophisticated medical equipment is required for such diagnosis. People go into huge debts by having to go into private clinics and hospitals to get immediate care. In most cases at these clinics and hospitals they immediately see the same doctors that they have to wait months and years to see if they go via the social health care system. These days the social health care systems in Europe are so financially strapped that European governments are requiring co payments and more taxes are being imposed in order to keep this health care failure alive. This is where we will be in 10 years if Lurch gets elected and he has his way with our health care. These socialists’ governments are also responsible for European countries to have uncontrollable deficits, non existing GDPs, high unemployment averaging 10% and high inflation averaging also 10%. The situation is so bad in Germany that the Nazi party has made a huge come back in major German cities and is picking up momentum through out Germany. These are the government models that Kerry so highly admires and wants to implement in the USA. Lurch keeps saying that we Americans are not respected in Europe. I disagree with Lurch, Europe is envious of the American way of life, our economy and our liberty. Europeans hate the fact that if they want to make any money, they have to invest in the USA and not in Europe. They realize that investing in Europe is throwing away money after bad money but they have no choice if their industry and financial institutions are to remain afloat. This is also true not only for European countries but also for the rest of the world. The USA has the largest amount of foreign investment than any other country in the world. Why? Because here is where profits are made. Kerry and the dems accuse Chaney of corruption because he once worked for Halliburton and he is collecting on a pension that he earned while working there. The fact is that Chaney has placed that pension on a trust fund since he became Vice President. If Lurch wants to talk about corruption, let’s talk about corruption in European governments. It is a fact that every single year dozens of European government officials are put in jail for corruption. What we now see going on at the UN is an every day occurrence in Europe. If the UN would allow a criminal investigation on the “oil for food program”, we would not only see corrupted European government officials at the highest level but also corrupted officials of European companies going to jail. The UN is nothing but an entity for foreign government officials to have turns of making money on the side. The fact that Europeans hate Americans is nothing new and has nothing to do with who is the President, we have been hated since the 50’s and it would continue even if Kerry was the President, however Kerry would be loved because they would finally have a socialist comrade as President of the USA. I end with a question for Kerry. Now in attacking Bush on Iraq, you express your admiration for the coalition that the USA assembled for the Gulf War I. Why did you vote in 1991 against this coalition getting Saddam out of Kuwait? Isn’t this same coalition that you now say that Bush should have assembled to go into Iraq? ------------ About the author Al Young: I am a disgusted former registered democrat.
