Sept. 19, 2004 Weathered photos, faded with age Bringing back tears With the smiles immortal page by page Faded with doubts, pains and fears Smile for the camera you always say Embezzled moments never knowing You never knew of your fate to come one day A broken trust never showing With months passing and burnt thoughts Ripping out photographs of us All the evidence lost All memories like a teenage crush Nothing left of you Nothing to taint my mind But the truth I knew All of it left behind Smiles gone without a trace Sorrow forgotten nothing to share My life, mine robbed of grace So many good things gone, I just don't care You stole my innocence my youth my dreams You tainted me. I just returned the favor I was robbed of me with your pathetic schemes All forms of hate in me in all sorts of flavors Now you are gone, dead to me Now you feel as I did Breaking people's hearts I couldn't let it be So that you must hide as I had hid ~enigma ------------ About the author Rachelle Ann Ramos: I'm attempting to be an author, at any age writing a book is an amazing feat. But I bet it's harder when your just a highschool freshmen. I have always dreamed about being an author of an inspiring book in which teenagers can relate to. I certainly hope I can get through this let alone highschool. Email: geminiprincess90@cs.com Tell a friend about this site! ------------ |
