Oct. 20, 2004 Somebody thought I made this up about the NAACP and crack cocaine. Now I see confirmation both at my Yahoo homepage and by a fellow Useless-Knowledge columnist. Thanks, Judy! It seems looking deeper this could be interesting when Mary Poppins votes for John Kerry. I think we need to keep an eye on the polls next month. Libs say (and do) the darnedest things. With that in mind I'd like to ask (yeah, I know you want to ask too) why do the Democrats and Liberals (but I repeat myself) think they can say and do anything and get away with it? Weelll, with the allies they have in the press and the MSM (Mainstream Media for those in...fill in the blank)they can. The mainstream media and liberals go hand in hand and Democrats can do no wrong. WRONG! They often do wrong, but if I, or anyone else said so, we are mean, mean spirited, hard- hearted, bigoted, hateful, Nazis, etc.,etc, and etc. and you get the point. They don't think it is wrong to label someone who doesn't agree with them with a mean, hateful name, but they don't think anyone should call them on the carpet. Is it any wonder you have bad big boy billionaires saying and doing anything to get Mr.Kerry elected? Surreeee! If they were REPUBLICANS the press would be all over their you know whats (YOU KNOW). They have done less to people with tenuous ties to George W. Bush and other Republican leaders. I mean look at what they did to Jim Ryan in Illinois. Geez, I mean having sex with his own wife, now ex wife(Come on, guys...Jeri Ryan? One of the Star Trek BABES!) I have been called a racist (how do these people know what color I am? Has it occured to them I might not be white? Hmmm? Okay, just for the record I'm green, now prove me wrong!) A Nazi (funny from a group who are closer to national socialists then I am) and a bigot. Bigot by definition is someone who is intolerant of someone with opinions other then their own. It seems there's a pattern here, doesn't it? I personally believe everyone has a right to say what they want as long as it isn't slanderous, or profane. Even then it gets a little hazy with the first amendment and all. Maybe our liberal friends ought to be required to look in the mirror before they open their mouths, or start writing something about someone they don't know. Of course that is always a problem with the self righteous and self sanctified. Notice I'm not calling names, I'm making a statement. Liberals, and again I'm generalizing, seem to imply they are the only ones who are smart enough to tell the rest of us how to live. (Take note: especially Nicotine Nazis who don't care how they treat smokers). They evidently think we are STOO-PID (yeah, I know it's miss spelled.Don't let on and they'll go away.) They say desperate times call for desperate measures, but come on...electing John Kerry must have signaled pull out all the stops including using good sense. Registering the dead, the infirm AND Mary Poppins? Come on! COME ON! Mary Poppins? Dick Tracy? Get real here people. (Okay, I guess the guy filled the cards out after using the drugs). As far as shortages of flu shots and the big todo over that. Look, I don't take flu shots. They make me sick (really sick). I can do without. Blaming Bush is silly. He's not a doctor folks, neither is he in any way a medical person. So what is it with Democrats and libs?(there I go again repeating myself) Why are they like this? Sounds like a good story for Mike Wallace(aren't you glad I didn't say Dan Rather again?) for 60 minutes.
