Oct. 12, 2004 In a move designed to send chills down the spines of Constitutional scholars and will even shock the more moderate in our society, DNC legal counsel Joe Sadler has filed an FEC complaint against Sinclair Broadcasting. The privately held Sinclair Broadcasting Group is planning to run “Stolen Honor: Wounds That Never Heal”; a film about John Kerry that is less than laudatory. The film, funded by a group of Pennsylvania veterans, purportedly explores John Kerry’s anti-war activities and the damage it caused both Viet Nam POWs and those who were still fighting the Viet Nam war. Although CBS and Dan Rather, using forged documents, ran a negative and patently false story about President Bush and ABC News both ran a Nightline broadcast (in which Ted Koppel narrated the names of US soldiers who had died in Iraq) and issued a recent memo advising its producers and reporters to ‘go soft on Kerry and get Bush’, the DNC has opted to stop free speech; but only to its opposition. The DNC and its media arms are certainly not upset by either the CBS or ABC debacles. As we have previously observed, Free Speech appears to be applicable only to the Democrats. Irrespective of others telling truths, which are documented, John Kerry and the DNC have consistently told us that no opposition is allowed. This is yet another example. With Kerry’s recent comments that “terrorism is a nuisance”, his advising us that he sees terrorism as comparable to prostitution and illegal gambling (Kerry views terrorism as a “law enforcement” issue as opposed to a war) and, now, his and the DNC’s attempts to silence an opposing view to be aired by Sinclair Broadcasting, the true picture of John Kerry is coming into clear focus. Under a John Kerry reign, no care would be afforded to terrorists in our midst and we would ‘have to get used to’ the beheadings of our citizens and our infrastructure being destroyed. Under John Kerry, Free Speech will be suppressed, if it doesn’t follow his ‘party’s line’. With this man, can pogroms be far behind? This is the Communist Party line. The annihilation of our US Constitution and Bill of Rights are at stake.
