Thoughts On John Kerry And George W. Bush After The Debate

By Bonnie Florea
Oct. 9, 2004

This is the thing with John Kerry. When he is asked a question about what he is going to do, he either talks in general terms, not really answering the question or he side steps the question all together and starts throwing out bashings of George W. Bush. It drove me crazy watching the debate. This is my take on the Bush/Iraq thing.

Saddam knew that when Bush got into office he could poke a stoke into a burning fire and get a blaze. He was daring Bush to come after him from day one of Bush winning the presidency. I say this because he started defying against the rules that were placed on him by the UN, he kicked out inspectors at different times etc..etc...

Which all intensified after 9/11. So Bush got side tracked from concentrating on the terrorist leaders at hand like Bin Labben and focused on Iraq. This I believe was the wrong thing to do, I feel that Iraq should have came secondary to the other situation. I have no problem with Saddam being out of power, however, I believe they should not have been on our highest agenda. In saying all of that. I still don't believe Kerry can be better.

Its choosing between a rock and a hard place.
