June 27, 2004 Introduction Paris – Café District 15:00 Hours February 2, 2010 Three o’clock on a sunny Sunday afternoon the wind blowing a cool breeze across the Paris canal river, as children were playing in the park as their parents watch on. It’s normal day as others went about their business, a woman standing in front of the café waiting for someone, when she sees a man across the street, waving at her. She begins to walk towards him, as he waits for the light to turn green. When out of no where an exposition raps right thorough the café, where the woman had to be standing in front of is toss into the air, her body hits the ground 50 feet away. The force of the blast turn over park cars in front of the café, as well as knocking a moving truck onto it side. Broken glass forces its way into the streets, hitting everything, and everyone in its path killing the ones who were standing in front of the café instantly. An hour before the blast a man walks into the café taking a seat by the window over looking park, as he orders a cup of coffee, and waits for his contact to arrive. Forty minutes later another man of Arab decent walks into the café sees the first man by the window, and walks over towards him. Both men talk for about ten minutes, than the second man hand over a backpack, and look around as he walks out the café. While the first man checks the backpack, finishes his cup coffee, and walks out the café, Expect for one thing, he leaves the backpack behind. Ten minutes later bodies were lying on the streets, as emergency vehicles, paramedics arrived on the scene, and news crew were televising what had happen on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. INNS-International Network News Service: This is Jon Caulde INNS, standing in front what use to be the shinning star café, a few hours ago, a terrorist bomb went off, destroying, and killing almost everything in its path. As you can see behind me emergency vehicles, and paramedics are working to saves the life of men, women, and children who were caught in the middle of a terrorist bomb, as they were enjoying a beautiful afternoon on café road. The fires are still on going, as the smoke could be seen for miles, and the blast took out most of the buildings next to the café. “The camera operator pans his camera towards the café, showing the destruction of the blast”. The reporter continues; as you can see the destruction of the terrorist bomb, destroying park cars in front of the café, along with a truck, which has killed the driver. I have talk with French Police on the scene who are still picking up the pieces, and do not have a complete body count as of yet. I did manage to speak with one of the paramedics on the scene. He has informed me, quoting him? “We are still checking for survivors within the café, and the surrounding buildings near, which had collapse along with the cafe”. When I asked him for the body count, he replied. “We do not have a count as of yet, but I can say unofficially the death so far is 52, and at less 100, or more wounded” end quote. The reporter pauses for a few seconds, as he is listening to his earpiece. Sorry, this just in from our newsroom. A letter from the terrorist cell calling them selves the ‘Hand of God’, has taken responsibly for the bombing. I also been informed that the French Security Force from the DCI office, are on the scene, and taking control of the investigation. This is Jon Caulde INNS. The blast is heard all the way to the Washington DC, as President Mitchell calls the French President to give his corydalis for the family members, to reinsure him that this will not go unpunished, and to work out a plan to catch those who committed this terrorist act. The West Bank INNS Reports: This Rubin Goldwin the West Bank territory is located in southwestern Asia bounded on the north, west, and south by Israel and on the east by Jordan. It is located on the western bank of the Jordan River in the northeast, and on a portion of the Dead Sea in the southwest. The west Bank covers about 5860 sq. km (2263 sq. mi.). Once part of Palestine, the West Bank was annexed by Jordan in 1950, and then occupied by Israel 1967. Israel continues to maintain control over the West Bank even today, which today is populated by a large Palestinians majority and Israeli minority. However, after a number of peace agreements reached between Israel and the Palestinians between 1993, 1997, 2000, and 2008 almost all Palestinian population centers in the West Bank and Gaza Strip were transferred to Palestinian administration before the peace had broken down once again between the two minorities. The West Bank is inhabited mainly by Palestinian Arabs, who numbered approximately 1,443,790 in 1994, however by the time year 2000 come around it has grow to 2,250,321. Most Palestinians are Sunni Muslims. Christian Arabs, who comprise less than 10 percent of the Palestinian population and belong chiefly to the Greek Orthodox and Roman Catholic churches, are concentrated in towns around Jerusalem. Approximately 10 percent of West Bank Palestinians are housed in a number of crowded refugee camps administered by the United Nations. Since Israeli occupation of the West Bank began in 1967, Palestinians have lived in uneasy coexistence with a growing number of Israeli settlers. Israelis in the West Bank practice Judaism, and speak Hebrew as a primary language. More than 150 settlements have been built in the West Bank by the Israeli government since the early 1970s.
