July 31, 2004 So are you on the election trail? And who with? Watch the Democrats? Or waiting for the Republicans? I just learned from a news talk show that more and more people are only watching what they want to see and hear. Boy, is that dangerous or what? Preaching to the choir, fox in hen house, donkey and carrot -- call it what you will, but it doesn't make us informed, does it now? I think that's scary. Remember when it was okay to think for yourself? I hope we're all thinking for ourselves and not just being manipulated by what we THINK is information when it's really a point of view. Turns out the neighbor kid thought it was a foreign coin and traded it for kitten. He gave me the cat when his parents wouldn't let him keep it. Now I have a 22 LB cat that tries to sleep on my shiny head and a half LB kitten that wants to nurse. And you think you've got problems.
