Aug 30, 2004 I have thought a lot lately and I am trying to figure out why when someone says something against a Democratic candidate, or office holder, there doesn't seem to be room for such points of view. The left doesn't question the candidate, or office holder. They attack the attacker. There seems to be a lot of unquestioning mind numbed loyalty on the left. When Bill Clinton was in office (sorry, Mr. McCrae stole some of my thunder, but that's okay I guess it wasn't mine. Okay, he borrowed it. We borrow back and forth a lot.) You could always tell he was lying. He had his mouth open and every Democratic talking head was on the news talk shows frothing and foaming at the mouth defending him. Now the same people who defended Clinton are defending John Kerry. Why do the Demonrats always having to defend their guy anyway? Can't he stand up for himself? If not maybe he is "Unfit for Command". James Carville, McCurry, and all the other talking heads are outthere. Mickey Moore is out there. And the Mind Numbed Robots of the Left get their marching orders and set fire in New York (or is that Neu Yawk?). I even heard rumors on the radio about some protesters getting naked. Do you see Republicans acting badly? No, (Well I haven't) they all seem to have manners. Mind you, I'm not talking about Democrats out in the wild. The folks down on the farm, or in the union halls kind (except the union leaders)They are the "a little more conservative" types. They are closer to the real America. I'm talking those who are in positions of power. Who command the attention of their cronies in the Main Stream Media. The kind Mike Wallace and Dan Rather bend over for, or vice virca. I shouldn't have to see James Carville every time I turned on the news shows on Sunday mornings with froth and drool running down his chin. If John Kerry is telling the truth then shame on those saying otherwise. The more shame is on them. However, if he is lying we don't want him in the White House. Why do Democrats have trouble taking responsibility for when they are wrong, or get caught doing something they shouldn't? Look. When a Republican gets caught with his, or her pants down they fess up. They do what is right. There is no living with the press until they do. Look at Newt Gingrich. Look at what happend (because of political blackmail of Larry Flint) during the impeachment hearings of Clinton. Clinton never admitted he was wrong until there was no day out and he didn't resign, or offer to. If he'd been a Republican do you see that happening? Now, look at Jack Ryan. He got in trouble for wanting to make it with HIS WIFE at a swinger's bar. Hey, I'd like to make it with his wife, or exwife as it were. Jeri Ryan is HOT! Of course I woulda had more sense to stay home, but that's me. He got in trouble for that? Did I miss something here? But he was made to feel he had to quit the Senate race in Illinois. John Kerry doesn't feel he has to resign anything. He has all the power of the National Talking Head Assosiation behind him. Not to mention the Mainstream Media. Well, guys, it isn't right. Take a little responcibility when you do something wrong. Have a little backbone. If Jolly John (Heinz) Kerry would do what Jack Ryan did maybe he really WOULD need that supporter in Florida.
