Man Convicted of Killing Ghost
Apr 9, 2004

On Tuesday April 9, 2004 John Knightwarp was convicted of killing the ghost of bill William Reed. It was said to be believed that John killed this ghost with malice and criminal intent to commit a crime. He told this reporter that this ghost had been haunting him for years. He also stated that if the ghost would have just left, there would have been no reason to kill this ghost. He further added, How do you kill a ghost that is already dead. When the cops took him away he had a wild look in his eyes.

On December 12, 1943 congress passed a law stating that all people living or dead have equal rights. The attorney for the deceased was hired by the victim’s family. The deceased’s wife was in tears and said, “I can’t believe this man could hurt someone so innocent. What was he thinking to put me through this again? I had already been over my husband’s death for 15 years and it is all coming back to me again”, as she was led away by her attorney. The trial went on for 6 days and the jury deliberated for 23 hours before coming to the guilty verdict. He was found guilty of murder in the first degree. And he was also fined $10,000.00 for bringing mental anguish and unnecessary grief to a widow. The court ruled that he is to be sent to The Knightbaby Institute until he is deemed mentally competent to continue his court ordered prison sentence.

6 days later John Knightwarp escaped while under the influence of drugs and when captured will stand trail for escape and being under the influence of drugs. The search continued for weeks. The police finally got a lead 3 months later when they heard reports that a man was going to haunted houses and killing ghosts. Following the trail, the police failed to catch him as the information was always days late. They followed the trail from Vermont where the original crime took place all the way to Indiana where other reports had been coming in. The trail finally led them to Amityville where he tried unsuccessfully to kill the ghosts at the house in Amityville. When the police got there, the scene was maddening. There were hundreds of protesters out urging the cops to catch this guy.

They got another tip from some guy in Georgia where someone reported a madman was on the loose. One guy said that he had been sleeping and was very comfortable with his haunted house as it deterred burglars from robbing him. Now I have to have a security system installed that I cannot afford. What has this world come to? He complained. Another guy said his ex-wife had been haunting him and he enjoyed it. He said that he didn’t really love her when she was alive, but now he could bring different girls home and torture her while she tried haunting him. He said his wife was always to busy crying to really haunt him.

When police in Orlando, Florida got a report of someone trashing the haunted mansion at Disney World, they finally got their break. They caught the John Knightwarp in the haunted mansion ride which had been closed down for hours while he was chasing the ghosts and trying to kill them. He is now standing trial as a serial ghost killer. He faces life in prison or if the jury feels death by the victim’s choice. When all was said and done, John Knightwarp was sentenced to death by haunting. He will be remanded to the center for the Paranormal Institute, (a maximum security facility), until such a time as he is deemed worthy of finishing his sentence. The judge did rule that you cannot kill a criminally insane man and therefore he must be rehabilitated to be able to finish his sentence.
