June 20, 2003 Now that the United States Congress (both sides of the aisle) and the White House have caved in to Israel and its American auxiliary, AIPAC, what action can ordinary citizens take to preserve the Republic and the glorious Constitution under which it was founded? The answer is a no-brainer: Stand up and fight the evil far-left forces that are hell-bent on destroying America's sovereignty, and converting the U.S. into a subserviant state in the socialists' so-called New World Order. No, I am not at this point urging anybody to take up arms and shed the enemy's blood--as tempting as that might be. But I am calling on all patriots to let their shrill voices be heard in high places. Surely everybody has access to a telephone, fax machine or PC, any one of which lends itself well to conveying messages to their Senators and Representative on Capitol Hill. Talk is cheap, the reason being that supply far outweighs demand. We can rant and rave all day long, but until we take decisive action in the right direction, things never are going to change for the better. A major factor that deters many well-meaning individuals from openly expressing their opinions is the insidious demon known as political correctness. Too few of us recognize PC for what it actually is: the antithesis of free speech. It is neither accidental nor coincidental that PC exists. America's enemies invented it for the express purpose of cowing the meek into keeping all criticism to themselves. It was introduced by various, collaborating, liberal organizations--notably ADL and NAACP--under the guise of promoting a kinder, gentler society. But astute observers soon saw through the tawdry scheme, and it became obvious that PC was the mightiest weapon in the socialists' arsenal when they launched their all-out campaign against the First Amendment. Freedom of speech is of zero value to those who fail to practice it. Unfortunately, not unlike a muscle, any freedom that isn't exercised will atrophy, weaken and become useless. This doesn't mean we have to hurl cruel invectives at everyone with whom we disagree on political and social issues. Still, we need to remain true to ourselves, and have the courage of our convictions. Heck! A good, knockdown-dragout argument never hurt anybody. In fact, getting things off our chests does more to relieve hypertension than any Rx medication on the market. I am convinced that we fought the war in Iraq not for our benefit, but to protect our fair- weather friends in Israel. It is unarguable that Zionist interests have a stranglehold on America's media. Also, the Hollywood entertainment industry, responsible for virtually destroying young Americans' morality, is owned and operated by the Jews. Wherever and whenever an opportunity to manipulate and shape the way Americans think, Jews are solidly in control. The sad reality is, for all practical purposes, Israel now dictates the foreign and domestic policies of the United States of America. In America today, far too much power is concentrated in the hands of the few. The situation is exacerbated because of the broad acceptance of PC by the pacifistic masses. Millions of mainstream citizens who believe in traditional values will not openly express their views out of fear of being labeled bigot, racist or anti-Semite. The more labels I acquire, the more certain I am that my message is reaching those for whom it is intended. But maybe I'm sadistic. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. You can choose either to bite your tongue and swallow your pride, or you can open your mouth wide and let the world know precisely what you are thinking. This writer happens to fall into the latter category, and I constantly needle others to emulate my behavior. Go ahead! Irritate a few liberals today.
