He will be going on television this weekend to neatly wrap up the Aruban case concerning Natalee Holloway as he takes one parting shot at her and her family. He is in the wrong career. He is not an investigator seeking the truth, he is a public relations shill for the Aruban tourism business. He was brought in to end this case and put a pink ribbon on it. The goal here, for Dompig and nervous Aruban businesses is to MAKE IT GO AWAY! Now, CBS is going to help them in doing that. Here is a preview of what to expect from this devious small man and his insidious little plan. If you have any conscience and sense of decency at all, what I am about to write will shock you. Natalee Holloway, according to the police chief, is SOLELY responsible for her own death and disappearance. Yep. You read it correctly. She would be alive today, according to this pathetic theory, if she had not been high on drugs and alcohol thus causing her own death. She was buried, possibly, on the island by someone and their friends out of fear for their own reputations. The "new" witness that came forward to reveal all this SHOCKING information is an individual on the level of a skid row drunk who was interviewed three months ago! So, when you watch the "breaking developments," you are watching reheated hash. There is no news here. In fact, there is no truth here, either. This is the final stage of the Aruba publicity machine doing what it has to so they can get their tourism dollars spending again. If Natalee Holloway was so high on alcohol and drugs as Dompig claims, then Joran Van der Sloot should be arrested IMMEDIATELY for sexual assault, convicted and sent to prison. Admittedly, he had sexual contact with her. If she was out of control, that is a criminal act because she did not know what she was doing. There is a clever way out of this however that favors Aruba so read carefully.... Natalee was high, but she was STILL consensual. Unfortunately, as the evening wore on she overdosed on the drugs and alcohol about the time that Joran was with her or had just left her. So, he and the Kalpoe brothers did nothing wrong because the dosage did not kick in until AFTER the sexual contact. How convenient! How neat. How justifiable for this ridiculous investigation. MAKE IT GO AWAY! You cannot have it both ways here. If Natalee was THAT high then there is criminal activity while she was out of it. If she was not that strung out on drugs and alcohol, then WHO killed her? She was not buried or thrown into the sea to protect a reputation; she was disposed off to cover up a crime. But, a crime of that magnitude will hurt Aruba's reputation. A party girl who could not handle her booze does not. Get it? I believe there were drugs in Natalee's body that night, but she did not put them there. The description that Joran gave of her suggested she was out of it as she stumbled and staggered around babbling loosely about this and that. That does not sound like a normal drug to me. That smacks of a date rape drug. The bartenders at Carlos and Charlie's have been known to disseminate such concoctions and the local boys have been the beneficiaries of these female mind numbers for years. If the dosage, combined with alcohol, was too strong for Natalee Holloway, it does NOT suggest she was a druggie or a frequent alcohol-imbibing harlot, but just the opposite. She was not used to the ingestion of these chemicals and if she did die that way, she had help. That would be the real motive for burying and RE-burying her out of paranoia for her death. These were not good Samaritans here digging her grave. These were criminals covering their disgusting tactics. How dare the lead investigator of Aruba go on American television and tell the world that he believes Natalee doomed herself! Ever since this mystery began, there has been an outcry about any of us writing to suggest the guilt of Joran Van der Sloot that we had NO proof of his involvement in her disappearance. "You cannot accuse Joran or his wonderful dad, Paulus, when there is NO evidence that Natalee is even dead!" they chirped in their self-righteous indignation. Fair enough, we would write back, maybe there is more to this story than we can prove. But, now that Aruba's Chief of Police is making wilder accusations than any of us writers ever dreamed of, we see clearly that this investigation was a planned conspiracy from the first report that this sweet girl went missing. Beth and Dave could have saved themselves a lot of time and trouble and stayed home. They never had a chance to combat the corruption and callousness of an island selfishly committed to it's economic obsession. Aruba was NEVER interested in solving this case. They were only set on stalling, evading, ignoring evidence, stonewalling valid searches, negating the FBI, protecting their own citizens, mocking Beth Twitty, churning out anti-American propaganda through Julia Renfro and Arlene Ellis-Schipper, demeaning EquuSearch, systematically grinding down the reputation of Natalee Holloway, the VICTIM, and, staying true to their single-minded objective from the beginning of their own national nightmare caused by their own selfish young people....
