Death Squads May Be Iraqi Shiite Police

By Kaycee Nilson
Feb. 22, 2006

The Los Angeles Times came out with a story that I have a vested interest in. My personal assistant's brother is in Iraq at this writing and to hear that the Police are deeply involved in death squads and also are Shiite, makes me tremble. Jonathan has a 4 year old son, if he were to die, how are we to explain this to that baby?

The United States Military Personnel that have been interviewed over several days have stated that they believe that the highway patrol that is formed of these police are deeply involved in torture and extrajudicial killings. As well as illegal detentions.

That's the only paragraph I am going to paraphrase, because now it's time for MY opinion on this subject.

I bet that the Shiite Police Force are paying back for the nerve gas that Sadam threw into their villages and homes killing everyone insight. I equal this to the Holocaust during WWII. The reason I write that, no offense intended to the memory of the 11,000,000 people killed, is because Sadam and his henchmen tried to wipe out a race of people.

And now the Shiites are figuring it's time for paybacks. But paybacks do nothing more but keep the fires lit in the war-torn country and keeping our military personnel in Iraq and in harm's way. Am I the only one who sees this? Our Vice President shot a FRIEND of his in the face and the news for the past week is focused on that instead of trying to give the truth about what is happening in Iraq. People maybe sick and tired of hearing about iraq, but gosh darn it, the American Public has the right to know what is happening in a country that has our military still there and being killed by road-side bombs.

Mad? Heck yes I am mad. I'm madder than a one-legged man in a butt-kicking contest. What is our government trying to hide from the American People? it took 24 hours for the story of the Vice-President's shooting, so what else is our government hiding from us?

Our families that have military personnel over in Iraq deserve the truth about why they are there and how much longer our militia is going to be there and what exactly is our agenda now?

Are Americans the police force of the world? I know we are a war-loving country, but NOW is the time to pull out of Iraq and let that country needs to be helped by other countries instead of just America. If we are concerned about the governmental issues in Iraq, then it's time for the United Nations to step in and get other countries to get involved now and bring our people home.

Dying in battle is one thing, but to be driving from one out-pst to another and have our military killed by roadside bombs is almost as offensive as Larry Flint. I am outraged and I want the American Public to be a outraged as I am that the UN is using America as a police force. I don't remember that training in the Navy SEALS.

And that's my three-fifty.
