DNC Chairmen Howard Dean Lied To Fox News

By Ken Hughes
Feb. 4, 2006

Recently Howard Dean assured Chris Wallace the Sunday host of Fox News no Democrat had accepted funds from Washington Lobbyist Jack Abramoff either directly or indirectly. It turns out not only did democrats accept monies from Abramoff’s clients his clients donated after they hired Jack Abramoff to represent them. Now we find the Chairman of the DNC has been lying about Democrats connections to Lobbyist Abramoff. How can the public trust a party that’s so blatantly dishonest? But wait, wasn’t that what Democrats were saying about Republicans only a few weeks ago?

Chairmen Dean also said when pushed with the facts by Mr. Wallace any Democrat found to have accepted funds from Lobbyist Abramoff would be rebuked severely. Now we find it was none other than Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid who was the largest benefactor of Lobbyist Abramoff’s good will. Five Indian Tribes gave a total of 66.5 thousand dollars to Harry Reid related funds and foundations. Now the question is, will Chairman Dean hold true to his word and severely rebuke his boss Harry Reid? If so what will a rebuke sound like? I doubt many will be holding their breaths waiting to see what comes of it.

To use an old Cowboy term, Democrats are headed up a box canyon with no way out. Every time they come up with an issue they think will impeach George it backfires on them. If Democrats were smart which they aren’t they’d sit out 2006 and concentrate on 2008. Any poker player knows not to bet on a pair of deuces when there’re aces showing, it’s losing hand. The Democrats don’t stand a chance in hell of wining back either houses of congress this coming election. Aside from that Howard Dean who’s job it is to raise money has fallen on his big mouth. The DNC for all purposes is broke. They [meaning the Democratic Party] have a mere 5.5 million dollars in the bank and that won’t buy bumper stickers. On the other hand Hillary Clinton has 21.5 [plus] million stuffed in her braw for her Senate race and what left over she can use for her presidential race in 2008.

John Kerry is reported to have 17.0 million in political contributions stashed some were between here and Switzerland. Wouldn’t you think Hillary and John would share? Silly me I should have known the answer to that one.

It’s rumored Howard Dean will be standing in line at the unemployment office soon. I hope not he’s doing such a fine job disgusting independent and boarder line Democratic voters sending them to the Republican side I for one would hate to lose such a valuable source for Republicans. You can’t buy that kind of publicity it has to come voluntarily. My guess is there isn’t another Howard Dean in the Democratic Party…………… Yaaaaaaaaa.

Poor Howard he can’t help it he grew up in the Hampton’s were every young boys dream is to screw everyone they come in contact with. It’s a second generation Wall Street thing. For those who don’t know Howard’s father was an investment banker with a renowned reputation. I’m not sure why Howard became a Medical Doctor. Perhaps he couldn’t cut it in the real world of high finance. It looks now like he may not make it in politics either.

I predict we’ll see a more moderate Democratic Party once Dean is removed and they replace him with a kinder gentler person. My advice also is never put money on one of my predictions.
