Fighting Against One Another

Dear those who care: a few questions... It's come to my attention that tables are always turning-against eachother. They are an evolving wall that relationships put up in hopes that the individuals won't have to break any barriers and admit their wrong doings. There is always some hidden hypocrisy and notions of "..well you do the same thing!" In hopes to win an argument[ or what one might feel is an argument]. I find myself falling into this monotony along with the hurd, because Everyone does it. But, when do you know where to catch yourself?

What I don't understand is when did these barriers get there, when did the melee dance floor become open? Is it always a right or wrong situation? when is there room to grow, and how do you know who needs the "growing"? How do you know when you are wrong? Or when to say "you are wrong"?

When did we stop being polite and listening and start turning up the volume to listen, to ourselves?

I don't get how distance works, when two people could be standing right next to one another, or how the past works so many variables- when you are kissing and loving in the now. When did the past start telling the future? When is it okay to say that dwelling on past is just killing the future, and wasting the present? Where and when does resentment become subdued and allow the present and happiness to reside? How do you change someones mind, into a reality when they are stuck in "they said.."? When did they become right, and you become wrong?

When did you stop fighting in eachothers corner- and start fighting against one another?

Is it true that to love someone you must first love yourself? Or is the constant charade of, "Loving you and making you happy is what makes me happy" really enough?

When two people love one another, really love one another, but they just can't seem to get it right. When do you decide that enough is enough? I've always been told that the answer is never.
