The Lovers Pledge

I, over these years have done a lot of work for many people. I have written a poetic vow for good friends of mine, so they said. Since the same said couple for some reason deny that I have written this and so I think that these sacrate vows should not be private no more. I think I will share these with the world now. Its just something I am proud of and thought you might enjoy the poem. Thanks. THE LOVERS PLEDGE

I promise to love, respect and learn with you.
To give you more love as time passes.
As our hearts renew, this I will promise to you

I promise to let you know how I feel,
keeping every day so real.
Not a second to waste,
love is too precious to desecrate,
violate or use.
And as long as our hearts renew,
this I will promise to you.

It's something we well deserve.
It takes to long for a broken heart to heal
I will try never to hurt only serve,
but expect the same in return from you
Don't love me more then I love you
Just love me.
And as long as our hearts renew,
this I will promise to you.

I look deeply into your eyes
and I see the happiness we share
but when you cry, I cry and when you hurt, I hurt
but as long as our hearts renew,
this I will promise to you.
I will always give you all my love
and reach deeper into my soul
to find yet untapped love
I will wrap it in and seal it with a kiss for you
and hope you except it for it is true. And as long as our hearts renew,
this I will promise to you.

If another comes along selling there special song,
as we feel flattered we remember where we belong.
Our two hearts beating as one
Our souls our bound together by time
we kiss, touch and reinforce our love as our hearts renew
I simply remember that I love you.
