Sept. 27, 2005 God made the seeker and the sought. God made the light and the echo of the waterfall bright. God made the whirling dervishes even when they rested in the shade drinking lemonade. He made forest and stream and purple laser beam. He made the mocking bird and the moving herd. God made blinking neon signs inside of rainbow'd rhymes. God made dashing and sterling silver. He made mines and mimes and music. God made Keith Richards and he made him to last. He gave him nicotine and strange jewellery and a crooked grin. God made clowns. Serious clowns and laughing clowns and sad clowns, ones that had frowns under their painted grins. He made candles that played happy birthday songs. God made metal signs and polka dots. Big polka dots. Very gigantic polka dots. God made the women with dark hair and dark eyes and blue jeans and autumn sweaters. He made carnival rides and bread and milk and strange rivers of glee. He made the color blue and all the shades of it. He made playing cards and wrist watches and bubble gum dreams. He made syrup and spoons and strings and little beads to make necklaces with. God made winners and losers and everything inbetween. God even made himself and a little green elf. God made numbers and letters and spaceships. He made queens and kings and castles. He wrote words in the sand and in the snow and in the air and in water and in fire and accross the land and in many more places yet. God made kleenex and electricity. God made tomfoolery and silly words like that.
