Nov. 9, 2005 Horary astrology can be used to gain insight about various matters. A chart is cast at the time the Astrologer understands the question. The Chart will show the story behind the question, what is going on at the present time and the future outcome of the question. Astrology does not mean that we are victims of fate. . If the chart shows that things are going good then we can leave well enough alone. But if the chart shows potential problems we can make changes for a more desirable outcome. I am using horary astrology to gain insight to the legal situation of the Utah Judge, Walter Steed, who is fighting to keep his job because of his three wives. In Astrology, there are signs, houses, and planets - The planets move to various houses and that determines what the outcome of life on life's terms. In a Court Case - The First House is for the Defending Party. The Seventh House is for the Prosecuting Party. Tenth House for the Judge who in this case decides the outcome of Judge Walter Steed's legal dilemma. I also looking at the Planetary Hour in which the Chart was cast. The Planetary Hour is Jupiter. Jupiter represents religion which is the story behind the judge's situation. Religion is what defines Polygamy which is classified as illegal versus an alternative lifestyle which is not illegal. This is a court case worth watching because it will have far reaching effects about the legal definition of marriage and family. The Moon in the ninth house of the Spiritual Community also supports the theme of Judge Walter Steed's present situation. The Judge resides in the House of Gemini. He is represented by the Planet of Mercury who is the communicator. Mercury is in the Sixth House which rules his job but the message he is bringing is far more important than his job. Technically, he is violating the law but he is also protecting the United States Constitution by challenging that law. The Judge's opponents dwell the Seventh House of Sagittarius. The archer seeks to promote understanding and truth. The original complaint against the judge was filed by Tapestry Against Polygamy, an advocacy group of ex-polygamous women. . Pluto and Venus are reenacting the myth of Persephone and Hades. The ex-polygamous women compare themselves to Persephone who was mistreated when Hades claimed her as his wife and made her live in hell with him. This is the understanding that the women wish to promote. The Women are represented by Jupiter in Scorpio which is too close to the Sun for comfort. These are angry women with big egos who are about to put themselves in the hot seat. They reside in the sixth house with the Judge. They are trying to effect the Judge's livelihood to get their message across. The angry ex-wives may end up stinging themselves more than they do the Judge. They will not be very popular at all. He is protected by the understanding energy of Sagittarius. The Judge has a prosperous construction business. He only works as a Judge part-time and stands to lose a mere four hundred dollar per month. His wives don't object to the arrangement. The Judge has the support of his community who elected him as Judge with full knowledge of his lifestyle. The Legal System that must rule on this case is the Tenth House of Aquarius. A Retrograded Uranus, the modern ruler of Aquarius resides in it's own abode. This tells me that this case will go all the way to the Federal Supreme Court. Uranus will knock folks out of their comfort zone but ultimately brings liberation. The Tenth House is at a critical degree. This is not a fly by night legal case. It is destined to be a historical case. The Traditional Ruler of Aquarius is Saturn which is in the third house of Leo. The Legal System will not be able to handle the case at the current level. It has to go Higher. Changes are in the wind. The Judge is the strongest player in the chart.
