Mar. 28, 2005 I’d like to call this article: “Call of the Wild,” but Jack London got to that name first so I’m left with the name I provided: Imposing Judges in America, who are testing, if not teasing us Americans with bitter poisons. And I mean from the lowest to the highest courts in America. And believe it or not, it is our duty, job to protest, for the will of God an countrymen, for all humanity involved here, protest, go against, petition our government. What am I talking about, is what you may be asking, well, you got to read the whole article to figure that out, so be patient with me, it entails a little more than a topic sentence, or paragraph. Who runs the country? It is a question we should be asking ourselves: no, not: Christians, Muslims, or Jews, none of us really, we all live in America, but none of us run it as you might thing, or expect. Today there are more Muslims in America than Jews. And we can put the rest of the sack of potatoes in the shed, we’re all mixed together: white, black, brown, red, yellow, whatever color we are, we are not running the country. But who is running the country then? It’s not the Russians, who would have liked to a few decades ago. I’ll tell you who it isn’t: it is not you are me; nor is it the parents, the parents of this country have no rights at all. My kids are raised, but had I to raise them all over again, I’d move to Lima, Peru, not because it is better than America, I fought for this country, but because I could raise my kids properly without being put into prison. I mean we got 1% of our population behind bars: over two million people. Something is wrong here: again I say who is running the country, and it is a big scream toward the: THE JUDGES; our pathetic judges. No, it is not the President, or the Congress, it is the judges. And they don’t know how to make judgments, far from it. They are not experts at the issues they are making decisions about; they act like they know the law, but they know only their biases and make decision based on those. By and large, the judges are no longer healthy in the respect of being physically, mentally and spiritually capable of sound judgments. We are not hearing from them, voices for America, but voices for their sickly decisions. Be it on life, abortion, gay rights, and etcetera. They are cracking the foundations of America, and playing with their lover boys in the back of the courthouse. I would never put my life in the hands of a judge today; I’d demand a jury trial. I know our constitution wants to keep government and religion separate, and so it does in its own defined way, but lets face it, it was purposely put into effect with the intentions of it being faith based, and thus has benefited all of mankind because of it. We may not be a theocracy, but we might be close to it; one that says: for the common good. We want our children to be good citizens, and shit on the Ten Commandments, in schools, and in court rooms. And we pay our tax money to judges who form our new laws by way of their old biased views allowing this to continue, which is not for the common good. I once kicked my boy in the ass, because he defied me, and turned his back on me, and thought he was running the show…(and a few other things) should I do that now, it would be worse than a drunk killing his neighbor with his car. The drunk would get 18-months in prison or halfway house, if that, and possibly suspended if it was his first offence; I’d get 18-months straight in prison, possible half of that in a half-way house, and three years probation. And that is the truth of the matter. I used to work with a Probation Officer, as I was, and his boy punched him in the face, the boy was fifteen years old, he was scared [my friend] to hit him back, or maybe he was just a coward to start out with. Anyhow, I’d have broken his jaw had he tried that one me, and my two boys knew that from the start, thus, they’d had never tried it in the first place. Parents go to bed worried about if their daughters are going to kill them in the middle of the night; I know this because I was a counselor and talked to many mothers on daughter issues. The children know the judges are for them. Like the tenants know, that is why the tenants, who rent from Landlords, leave their apartments like garbage cans and expect their refunds, and the Judges give it to them. Now what kind of lesson are we given here? The judges know…freedom with no limitations, where did I hear that, some old homosexual poets from the past I do believe. I used to work with the Fed’s, and they also are sick of these lopsided judgments. So a word to the judges, your time is running out, we as Americans will vote you off your thrones soon. And for the Supreme Court judges, your majority of nastiness is sinking in the past; you will be replaced with decency, and God help your wicked souls, for you will have to face him soon: you old rusted out buzzards; so we must use or President, and Amendments to replace these scorpions while we still have a lace of freedom to do so. ------------ About the author: Mr. Siluk is a world traveler, a lover of the mysteries around the world, and has visit many World Heritage Sites, his most recent being Easter Island, the Galapagos and Mesa Verde.
