July 31, 2005 Today at the theater, I watched the latest fictional story from Columbia Pictures, directed by Rob Cohen (Dragonheart), which was Stealth. Starring Josh Lucas (Secondhand Lions), Jessica Biel (Blade: Trinity), and Jamie Foxx (Ray). This movie turned out to be another repeat of the story of how a computer or robot is struck by lightning (Short Circuit) and gains self-awareness. The acting was all right, but could have been better. There was the aspect of forbidden romance, and shady characters, but not enough to add suspense to the movie. As for the action and special effects, they were the best that I’ve seen so far this year. What I did enjoy about the movie was the underlying warning that either the writer or director was trying to get across. So because of this on a scale of 1 to 10, I’ll give this movie a hard pressed 6. ------------ Tim Quinton is the author of The Sea Huntress. http://timquinton.bravehost.com Email: timsterrors@yahoo.com Tell a friend about this site! ------------ All articles are EXCLUSIVE to Useless-Knowledge.com and are not allowed to be posted on other websites.
