Liberal Bias

By Dennis L. Siluk
July 28, 2005

Someone didn’t like my last article and told me: most people are moderates; that may be so, but that was not how President Bush got to be president the second time. If it wasn’t the Conservatives, then who was it? He also said the founding fathers never went to church, only pretended; evidently he has a time-travel machine, or something. And that Christ was a Democrat; coming from a Democrat of course, what more can you expect. The fog is being lifted on such goofballs, what they’d have us believe, and can’t no longer shove down our throats; he may be able to have other folks believe that crap, but not me. I am not going to use any names, for two reasons, it is not useful, nor do I wish to insult him publicly, it would do no good, and we all have a right to think the way we do; bent or not, as I think the way I do. But it just happens to show the way into my theme on ‘Liberal Bias’ that I share this unnamed information.

The mainstream is becoming more balanced it seems, in particular political figures are taking this massive right-wing group into account. Historically, it has been liberal persuasion that has kept the media bent on allowing the Conservatives their say-so but now have no choice but to listen to the vigorous Conservative voices, that demand to be heard. Again, I say, the historical bias of the media has been to silence the Conservatives, and they have been notorious for it, like bats out of hell. That is why folks write me and try to silence me, with their cornball remarks. They want their right to be heard, but not to be spoken to. It’s back to a two lane highway my friends, and those that are not my friends. We’ve had three or four decades of breeding liberalism into the America’s mainstream, to where it looks normal, but it was never really like that before the ‘60s—; there was a gap, and the liberals tried to fill it up with spicy-manure and tell everyone it smells good, and figured if we tell them long enough, they’ll come to believe it; and now we got a lot of young folks thinking the smell is great! Or normal.

The left had come to think they were untouchable. And because they won a lot of battles, they figured they were the authority and the legitimacy of the country and fear has griped them, that it is going back to old conservatism. Between 2002 and now, a horde of books have come out looking at both sides, and the news [media] bias has stopped somewhat; yes, the conspiracy for the most part is no longer a conspiracy, and they are taking in both sides, although the Left, would have you believe they are on the Conservative side now (which is not true), a psychological twist to say the least: ‘Look at poor little me, being taken advantage of’, is how they are portraying it. Conservatives no longer need to deny their stance, as once they had to; yes, we can all stand in the same line, and if they don’t like it, tell them to take a crap some other place. The liberals are also screaming ‘monopoly,’ and not the stupid game. They see their view in jeopardy. ‘Liberal hegemony’ is over. Thus, the slant that was, is in the fog at this moment. Meltdown folks, like it or not.
