July 28, 2005 Several weeks ago, the Arubans got in a frenzy because Beth Twitty apparently offended them because she didn't want the Kalpoe brothers turned loose. Now with the new evidence coming to light, it appears she is right - again. No one had seen or heard anything the night Natalee disappeared. Now that the reward has been "upped", seems like lots of "offended" Arubans are getting their memory back. I just find that totally amazing, and incredibly rude. And yes, I would tell them that. Natalee's family has stressed, prayed, cried, lost sleep, because no one seemed to know anything. But darned if they are not getting clearer memories now. It may even benefit their precious paradise. To assist in the finding of Natalee, no matter what the circumstances. The one positive note, is that Natalee Holloway had professed having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, so if the end is not good, she is "home free". But the Arubans have to sleep at night, knowing that they put the family through hell on Earth because of selective memory. ------------ About the author Patty Caffee: I am a Mother of four, three of them daughters (so I know Beth's heart), and live in my own little world in Strawberry Plains, TN.
