Pothead Calls Police To Report Theft Of His Stash Of Weed

By Robert Paul Reyes
July 26, 2005

Steven Knight, 17, of San Antonio, Texas, called the police to report the theft of his marijuana plants. That's like a John calling the Better Business Bureau to complain that a prostitute did not service him properly.

Did this young Einstein report the theft to his insurance company? "Yo Allstate, I just got ripped off, can you send a claims adjustor who is a weed expert?"

Police arrested the young pothead after finding a couple of marijuana plants growing under heat lamps in his apartment. Why does this 17-year old have his own apartment, obviously he still needs to be under parental supervision?

What did Knight expect the cops to do? "Yo dude, it's a bummer you were ripped off, we're going to send a sketch artist to sketch your missing marijuana plants." "At least the rotten robbers left behind a couple of marijuana plants, let's get stoned and forget the whole thing."

Hopefully, one day marijuana will be legalized and it won't seem so farfetched to report the theft of marijuana. But in the meantime Knight should refrain from calling the cops if his marijuana is stolen again.
