July 26, 2005 Black republicans do well in 2006? They very well could Ken Blackwell could be the next governor of Ohio, Lynn Swann could be governor of Pennsylvania, and Michael Steele could be the next US Senator from Maryland. The polls I have seen say that it is not out of the realm of possibility. Well, I know how the democrats would react. The same way they react any time a conservative minority comes along. We would hear terms like "house slave" and accusations that they are not really black and race traitors. Still I expect the democrats to go compeltely insane after the 2006 elections. Mitt Romney ended up with the GOP nomination? Religion, which never matters for a democrat, would be a never ending topic of conversation. We would here the word "Mormon" constantly and the assurance that his religious affiliation would make him unfit for office. Why, there would be whispers about stripping women of the right to vote, and any other vile thing they can come up with. Hillary loses? She's the best they have to offer. What would their reaction be if she gets beat?(because let's face it: she will be the nominee) Would they go the route of the Federalist party and disband on their own accord? Who am I kidding? They would lie, lie, and lie some more. They would insist that they won, but that the GOP stole the election. Which is pretty odd I think. After all they call us the stupid party yet were smart enough to steal an election and get away with it. Oh, wait... we didn't cheat. We won. We catch Usama Bin Laden? Probably set up a fund for his defense, and demand a trial before a jury of his peers. They certainly would run to their therapists for treatment. After all such a thing would make the GOP look good. Remember when former secretary (not at) albright suggested that we had him stashed and would bring him out just before the election? They want him free and free to do more damage. If we get a supreme court that actually understands the constitution? Leave the country?
