Lets Give Michael Jackson His Due Process

Michael Jackson is right that he deserves a fair trail. He is also right that he is "innocent until proven guilty". So why not give him what he wants. A fair trial.

Did he really do what he is accused of?

If he did do it, did he give the children a choice?

What drives a man to commit these supposed crimes?

These will be the answered infront of a jury of Michael Jackson's peers. A peerage of proffessionals, maybe not multi-millionars with huge records contracts but a peerage of doctor, lawyers, and housewives with children.

If he presents a case that gives reasonable doubt, then he will be declared innocent. But if the state presents a case that there is no way that reasonable doubt can be entered into, then the man is guilty.

Lets give the man his "Due Process", but also lets remember the family that he has done these supposed crimes to. The family knows what happened and the child will need to go through extensive counseling; if Micheal Jackson is innocent or guilty, it will not matter for the boy, he has already been damaged. Feel sorry for the family, not the millionar that can afford his defense.
