George W. Bush Won, You Lost: Get Over It

You would think by now the Lib’s would realize George W. Bush’s Texas Air National Guard, [TANG] records are unimportant. The Voters are more interested in what he will do to salvage Social Security, End some of those ridicules feel good programs that are duplicated or other wise outdated. President Bush as his sights set on returning America to a nation governed by its constitution and not by the courts.

A very recent article on Useless Knowledge suggested President Bush is an incompetent. The article suggests Lt. Bush was only in the [TANG] one year and never showed up for duty. Not so. Lt. Bush served in excess of four years and flew over 500 hours in an F102 fighter jet. Lt. Bush more than meet his requirements.

May I suggest to the writer of that article. It will not be the president who decides what programs to be cut. That is the sole domain of congress.

I believe what the author of the article intended was humor. In order for humor to work, it must be based on facts. [His or her article was totally void of facts.] Only then, can the article be embellished and made to sound or read funny. If the reader knows in advance, the author is simply trashing his or her subject then the readers cease to be interested and moves on.

This is why the Democrats keep losing elections; they see the future through a rear view mirror.

The majority of the voters are more than satisfied with the president’s performance. There’s a center that’s ambivalent, they could care less. Then there’s the minority made up of hard-core liberals. Given time they will destroy the Democratic Party.

For those who wish to continue the Bush Bashing, may I suggest you at least move it up to the present. The [TANG] thing is beginning to bore us.
