Dec. 18, 2004 What an absolute delight! I thoroughly enjoy Mr. Lewis’ usage of the term ‘jackboots’, as only the leftist contingent uses it. It only took a few back and forth emails for Mr. Lewis to finally and inexorably present himself as a leftist on a ‘search and destroy’ mission against conservatives. He had, in a past and relatively unknown article, called himself a “moderate conservative”. Please, Mr. Lewis, try to be proud of your leftist lineage. As a real and true conservative, I am very pleased to admit that I chose the side of light…as opposed to the leftist dark. Of course, being a leftist, Mr. Lewis couldn’t help himself when he wrote the following “fib”: “Finally, since Ms. Zieve specifically requested that I not post a response to her rebuke…” Actually, my comment was “Please do so!” I had thought my statement left nothing to be misinterpreted. But, portions of the inter-workings of the leftist mind still (thankfully) elude me. In any event, I planned for this to be short, if not sweet. Besides, the illustrations of Mr. Lewis’ email deterioration and unraveling may prove to be one of my exemplars for an upcoming project. So, thank you Ron. May I call you Ron?
