You're Too Smart For God [Intellectual Snobbery]

This is a rebuttal to Thomas Keyes' Atheism 101. If I’m smart enough to get the gist of your article, you’re implication is that only dumb people believe in God, that as IQ rises belief precipitously drops. First, I really don’t think you should be making such sweeping generalizations based on a questionable set of criteria. Two, is this an article worthy of publication as it seems a mere masquerade for your true intentions of poking jabs at your fellow writers.

I’ve always said one thing that I can’t abide is intellectual snobbery and this article takes the cake. You and others think that you’re too smart for God. If you were smart enough, you would realize that there is so much to learn and judging others would really be the last thing on your list of to-dos. Since, you assume to pass judgment of your fellow writers; I guess your mind can comprehend both the infinite and finite simultaneously.

In my opinion, people such as yourself are inherently stuck inside the cube. Your mind has been conditioned not to think outside the box apparently. There’s a reason they say there is a thin line between genius and insanity. And God help me ima quote the bible (grammar intentional):

Revelation 14:3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.

And they sing a new song, being interpreted potential phonetical concepts.

One thing I do agree with is that the smarter people think they are the more they are a slave to their ego. No wonder that the gematria of “kill your ego” of length 11 is 900 summing to 911.

Think outside the box (cube), find the patterns, look for the synchronicity, and you may see God working.
