A Letter To The Editor Of Useless-Knowledge.com

By Tracey Lin O'Very
Apr. 20, 2005

Dear Mr. Editor,

I just want to say thank you for allowing me to write for your website, and for making me an 'official' columnist, even though not a professional one. I still have much to learn. I truly do appreciate the opportunity that you gave me and for not deleting my articles and keeping my name on the columnist list.

I try to stay out of the politics of this world and live my life doing things about life and things I see wrong and just enjoying the days and all the beauty that each one brings.

Sometimes though I feel the need to voice my opinion about things, thanks to the Veterans of this free world, and all the agencies that protect me and my rights, I am allowed and able to do. Thank You All of You.

There are stepping stones in this life and I have been stepping on many that have been placed down for me to help me get my voice heard. Hoping to wake up the world to be a respectful kind world. Showing respect for everyone and everything in it.

Mr. Editor, this may not be five hundred words, but there is really only two words that I really wanted to say.

Thank You, Mr. Editor, for coming to me, laying that stone for me to step on, allowing me to write, and move to the next stepping stone, placed down. Which has gotten my words of gratitude to the Veterans, and the world, published in a hand held magazine, "Distant Echoes".

Thank You for not deleting me, taking that stone away, and silencing my voice. I have told many to come to useless-knowledge to hear my voice.

Thank You So Much, Mr. Editor. "Have a double scoop day w/ sprinkles".

Sincerely and Gratefully, Tracey L. O' Very

Please Everyone, Always, take a moment out of your life, to honor, remember and show respect to all, especially on days set aside for them and on anniversary dates.

Today being the Tenth Anniversary of the day, "The worst act of terrorism in U.S. history", struck the Heartland Of America, Oklahoma City, April 19, 1995.

Take a moment out to help someone in need, whether asked of you or just seen needed. Take time to listen with your eyes and heart. Reach out a kind hand and help an innocent victim of society. Defend the defenseless. ~ especially the critters of the world. They too have a voice, just spoken differently than the human species of mammals speak, but can and does need to be heard. Treat everyone and everything with kindness and respect. Put yourself in their place. "Speak, Listen and Feel, From the Heart" ~a poem of mine and my way of life.~

Come visit me on authors den, I've alot to say and help to give.

One Brick at a Time, Towards Respect, Peace and Kindness!

Thank You again Mr. Editor, "Bunches"
