Apr. 5, 2005 When is the last time you read a paper from Europe or Canada? What about watching television from other countries? Our media is lying to us. Only a handful of companies own al the major networks. It makes me sick to think that we are being fed information by contract military conglomerates and big businesses without a moral commitment to the reader or the viewer. Are we all just sitting ducks or are we a bunch of sheep? Is this country so much about money that it's totally corrupt? Did you ever think that if employers had to pay illegal foreign aliens the same rate of pay that they would have to pay citizens there wouldn't be this problem? The employers should get hefty fines. Enron and WorldCom are only the tips of the mega iceberg. What can we do? It's like the relief efforts. So many well-meaning people with no idea of the native culture showed up and made everything worse. Bush is trying to act like he's got class but he says the same stuff and all the Democrats are kissing up to him. Why am I worried? Oh, I'm not worried. I know we're out of kilter. How about you? Look it all up, if you don't believe me. Oh darn the cat just ate the wife's jar bullion cubes -- it was labeled -- Melted Information (reformatted to avoid truth) from the Media.
