June 8, 2010 Now that the seamy weasel is captured, he has confessed to murdering the Peruvian girl, Stephany Flores Ramirez, with the rationale, "The girl intruded on my private life!" Evidently, Stephany had the audacity to grab Joran's laptop and discover for herself that he was a suspect in the previous murder of another girl, Natalee Holloway. In Joran's twisted world, this could only bring one consequence: The girl from Peru must be killed. Welcome to the world of psychopaths. To 95% of those of us who use laptops or PC's and do not happen to be psychopathic, if someone grabbed our computer and searched it without our permission, there might be an argument. Or a, "tsk, tsk" lecture on the lack of privacy manners. Chances are that the offended party would take the laptop, close it up and ask the offender to apologize, promise never to do it again or leave. That would seem to be responsible behavior, right? But, we are talking about a sick and vicious dog here. Old Yeller after the fight with the wolf. Joran was so infuriated at her actions there was only one way to punish her for peeking...beating and strangulation. Maybe even stabbing, too. In Joran terms, a girl deserves to be murdered for taking it upon herself to uncover the real nature of human excrement. Of course, the reality is that Stephany was already doomed. Had she not checked into his computer he would have probably killed her for eating with her mouth open. Or putting three sugars into her coffee instead of only two. Joran does not appreciate being irritated by any young woman. If she does not respond properly to the date drug he slips into her drink, she must leave the planet immediately at his bidding. Controlling people are like that. Murderous controlling people are really like that. It is almost humorous to hear this monster justify a terrifying slaying of an innocent girl. As John McEnroe would shout at him, "You can't be SERIOUS!" Ah, but Joran van der Slayer is deadly serious. He is serious about stalking young women. He is serious about putting drugs into their drinks as he charms them for the purpose of raping them later. He is serious about killing them to avoid paying for his crimes. He is serious about lying about or justifying it afterwards as their grieving families try to cope with the loss of their lovely child. Now, we can only hope that the Peruvian authorities will take this case more seriously than the Aruban ones did and make this killer pay for the lives he took, whether it be two or two hundred. We are all thankful to God that Peru is not a popular tourist island that is more concerned with its economy than human life. We will get to see justice done five years too late. And, that Mr. Slooty man...will be JUSTIFIABLE.
