By Ken Hughes Jan. 17, 2010 In the five years Mr. Stelly has been writing articles for UK he has entertained us, he’s always informed us. I’m not sure if I should be honored or disturbed to be number one on his Bad Boy list. Mr. Stelly and I happen to disagree on racial issues. Where I see equality and opportunity for efforts made he sees victim. If one goes to bed thinking they're a victim they'll wake up believing they're victims. Neither of us is going to change those opinions . We must admire Timothy not only for the articles he writes which are very good for the most part but for the fact during the UK dark days he stuck with it while many of those he has paid tribute to moved on to other web sites or just gave up writing completely. UK has changed for the better from the snake pit it once was. UK has returned to the original format and Timothy has continued to submit both informative and entertaining articles contributing to the salvation of UK . Further down in Timothy’s article he takes another swipe at me saying I couldn’t leave well enough alone, who’s well enough are we talking about his or mine. The only problem I had with Timothy was his insistence that anyone conservative couldn’t possibly have a lucid moment, only liberals have a right to the podium. I will gladly stand by my compassionate contribution to mankind as I will continue to do what I can to make self proclaimed victims into proud producing citizens. It works more times than it fails. Timothy says in his article we have a long way to go to improve race relations in this country. I would ask Timothy what is your communities’ contribution or is it all incumbent on White America. You also say there are still those lambasting whoever is in the Whitehouse. And how is that different from whoever is in the Whitehouse lambasting the public? A majority of voters elected a black president and now when anyone disagrees they are called racists. A term I find as offensive as the N word is to Mr. Stelly. In closing I would like to congratulate Timothy N Stelly for his contributions to UK . I left UK at a few more than 500 articles there was a period when UK was little more than a butcher shop, I’m glad to see those days behind it.
