Saul Alinsky was a self-proclaimed "radical socialist" who Obama admits to studying extensively in one of his autobiographies.  What was it he "studied extensively?"  Alinsky is the architect of so-called "Community Organizing," which Obama practiced in Chicago when fresh out of Columbia and prior to leaving for Harvard Law School and later TAUGHT as a young law school graduate in that same southern Chicago neighborhood where he'd engaged in it to begin with.

 

Alinsky wrote, in 1969, Rules for Radicals, which became the bible for radical community organizers.  The son of Russian immigrants, he was born in 1909 and died of a massive heart attack in 1972.  In his Rules, he set out radical, tactical activities for "community organizing" which are followed today by such groups as La Raza and ACORN. Obama, an admitted student of Alinsky's works, even taught ACORN recruits tactics and, after law school, represented them in several legal actions designed to intimidate and force banks and lending institutions and corporations in Chicago to hire more minorities and grant more loans to minority business ventures and even loosen requirements to qualify for home loans--which is at the heart of the current economic crisis and which...coincidentally, I'm sure...has appeared at the precisely opportune moment to affect the Presidential election next week.   

 

In his Rules for Radicals Alinsky taught that "truth is mutable and will change from time to time as necessary."  In other words, he felt that lying to achieve what you desire is perfectly acceptable.  He also believed in the old communist philosophy of "the ends justify the means."  In other words, do whatever it takes to WIN, even if it means lying, cheating, stealing and even, on rare occasions, killing, to achieve the desired result. 

 

Most thinkers believe that Obama and his entire campaign, aided and abetted ably by the so-called "mainstream media," have been considerably less than forthcoming about who Obama is and what he really believes is the proper course for America.  From time to time we get a glimpse, as in his slip of the tongue on camera wherein he admitted to believing in the redistribution of the nation's wealth...with HIM, of course, deciding who is prospering "too much" and who is in "need."  Is there anyone left "out there" who doesn't believe that who "needs" government assistance will largely be determined by who one supports politically?   That has, after all, been the pattern of behavior of the left since the 1950's.

 

Alinsky's book is couched in high-flown, reasonable-sounding platitudes about "change," "hope" and "justice," achievable by lies and intimidation and also by the use of glib, articulate persuasion when telling those lies.  Sound familiar?  It's a detailed recipe for instigating class warfare--and especially racial strife, which Alinsky believed would "sap the energy of both "the oppressor and the oppressed" so that the radicals can move in with fresh energy, take over and eventually run things.   His aims are not to "empower" the working classes, although that's what he SAYS he's after, but to transfer political and economic power to a ruling class of radical, revolutionary, communists.  Alinsky was a big admirer of Lenin-style "revolution" and envisioned the same thing for the United States.

 

Such is as plain as the nose on one's face from reading Alinsky.  Why, then, didn't the "brilliant" Obama realize it.....or DID he?  If Barack Hussein Obama is as smart as his fans believe him to be, he HAD to recognize Alinsky's writings for what they were--a detailed plan to turn the United States from a capitalist society into a communist society...or, at least, a socialized one. 

 

The truth is very likely that Obama DOES know and, as many suspect, has simply kept the knowledge to himself and a very select few "advisors."  Don't you believe that it would be a simply awful tragedy if we elected this man as our President, allowed him to pack the Supreme and Federal Courts with far-left ideologues because the Senate and House are both also in his pocket, and THEN found out that he was the Marxist we all believe him to be after the fact?  There's a very good reason why all those who call him a close friend and associate, are ALSO all far-left radicals.  It's not by accident that his closest allies consist of an unrepentant domestic terrorist and his wife, a couple of virulently racist preachers, a far-left radical Catholic priest, a supporter of the PLO and the "leader" of the Nation of Islam.  If he has any "normal" friends, we've yet to meet any of 'em.

 

THINK next week when you go to the polls.  Don't vote for charisma.  Vote for experience, honor and honesty.  If you do, we may yet forestall the coming tragedy.
