Oct. 28, 2008 As the kids today say, OMG! Talk about snatching defeat from the jaws of victory... we have the senate talking about taking our 401K’s, Barney Frank cutting military spending by 25%, and the Obama campaign canceling interviews with the media because they were asked legitimate questions! I started a 401K, a 403B, I buy gold when I can, just because I don’t trust the government to provide me with the money I’ll need when I retire. Not only do I not trust them, but before I even get what they want to give me, I have to reach a certain age, according to what they decide. But now, the government, Nancy Pelosi, et al, want to take what I set aside, and make it their own. They want to take my money, because I don’t know what to do with it of course, and infuse it into a program they bankrupted. The very people I wanted to keep the money from, NOW want to take it!!! Shouldn’t everyone have a problem with that? Shouldn’t everyone be screaming from the rooftops? Does anyone have any tea I can throw into a harbor? Ok, now someone must have moved Barney Franks’ calender up a few weeks because he shouldn’t have talked about CUTTING MILITARY SPENDING while we are STILL AT WAR. Unless, of course, Obama is president. For goodness sake, should we start speaking french and waving the white flag of surrender now? The military is underpaid, underfunded as it is now! Shut up! Frank! You dems have always hated the military but that is no reason to provide the situation where more are going to be killed! Is the fact that the polls are now leaning in favor of Obama giving all liberal the idea that they have now carte blanche to do what ever they want, and to hell with what the people that voted them in actually want? Frank, you are an idiot, a true and simple idiot. Idiot. And finally, what the Obama campaign did not want to happen, happened. The mainstream media started asking actual questions! What were they (the media) thinking? You are NOT supposed to ask them anything but nice fluff pieces! Actually calling them on Marxism, national security, taxes, is totality off limits. Asking them their favorite color, what breakfast steak they like to eat, or their favorite movie star is ok. Geesh! They must be really torqued at Obama headquarters right now. All I’m waiting for is an edict from the Obama campaign stating that the elections should be discontinued and that Obama should be placed as a (bloody) emperor!!!I mean, why even bother with an election if you planned on stealing it all along with ACORN? Just quit the farce and start what you wanted to do at the beginning. Take away the rights of everyone, take away our money that we have set aside, and take away any idea of defense and leave us wide open to any type of invasion that you choose. Right now, the senate approval rating is at 9%.
