Barack Hussein Obama!   What do we REALLY know about this man?   We know, for example, that we are NOT certain whether or not he was born in the United States.  He has produced a "Certificate of Live Birth" on file in Honolulu, Hawaii, which does NOT conform to the birth certificates issued over 40 years ago in that State.  It is NOT "proof" that he was born IN Honolulu--only that his birth was eventually registered there.  If he was NOT actually born in Honolulu, but, in fact, was born in Nairobi, Kenya, as many suspect, he's not Constitutionally eligible to be our next President.  Unlike John McCain, who was born in the U.S. Panama Canal Zone to a serving military officer and his wife, being the progeny of a Kenyan citizen and his U.S. born wife does NOT automatically confer U.S. citizenship if he was born IN a foreign country.  

 

Secondly, we recently learned that his step-father, an Indonesian man, registered him as an Indonesian citizen while he lived and went to school IN Indonesia and also declared that Obama was Muslim, in which religion he was schooled while living in Indonesia.   Now it's NOT all that unusual for a Muslim to convert to Christianity, and I'm willing to take his word for his professed conversion at the hands of Rev. Jeremiah Wright, the virulently racist preacher who was his "mentor" for 20-odd years.  However, conversion to Christianity by a Muslim is grounds for "punishment" up to and including death according to Shiria law, so he COULD be under death sentence by Islamic extremists IF his conversion was believable and believed.

 

Thirdly, why have we not be permitted to see any of his college transcripts, his Senior thesis, anything he published as the "editor" of the Harvard Law Review, or as a college instructor after graduation?  Strangely, he never authored a single piece of legislation in his years as an Illinois State Senator nor since his election to the U.S. Senate, so the ONLY things we know about his writing abilities are the two, supposedly autobiographical books he's published.  Now we're finding out that, judging by syntax use and style, it's HIGHLY likely that at least ONE of those books was, in fact, written by his radical leftist buddy--William Ayers--he of the Weatherman bombings from the early 70's and late 60's...either that or Obama plagerized liberally from Ayers' known writings.  It all seems very strange that we are not permitted to know what sort of student he was, what he wrote about in school and after and even know anything about his health records.

 

Fourth, why does it seem that almost literally EVERYONE with whom he's associated on an intimate, friendly basis is some sort of radical leftist or outright crook.  The list is long and not a little chequered:  Alinsky, Ayers, Wright, Farrhakan, at least one Saudi financier and a known Chicago slum-lord currently doing time.  What the hell is going on with this guy and why is the so-called "mainstream media" not all over this information--which IS, after all, in the public domaign?  Are they ignoring this stuff more because they are so anxious to help elect the first black President that they don't care, or are they ignoring it because they already know that the truth would blow his candidacy out of the water?

 

Fifth, why has none of this come out on ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, PBS, The New York Times, Washington Post, LA Times, Boston Globe, from UPI, AP, or Reuters or even just in People Magazine?  Stories, and even photos, exposing the truth behind all this information would boost their viewership or readership 10-fold, meaning more money in their pockets.  So what's the answer?   The obvious answer is that the major news organizations and media in general are all in the tank for Obama's election and won't make the slightest effort to find out who this guy is, where he came from and in what he believes because what they KNOW about him...that he's THE most liberal voting member of the U.S. Senate...trumps everything else insofar as they're concerned. 

 

Sixth, Senator Obama is currently campaigning as "a uniter"...that is as someone who can reach across the aisle to the Republicans to find "compromises" to our nation's problems.  Why is it that no one seems to have noticed that, in his entire political career, he's not done that (or even ATTEMPTED to do that) even once?  Yes, it's true that he has signed on as a co-sponsor to a bill authored by one liberal Republican, but that's it!  Oh, Fox News has mentioned it and it's also appeared on many blogs critical of him and his record, but those so-called "news" outlets that seemingly have a vested interest in his election have completely IGNORED this and any other negative information about Obama.

 

The point is that these are ALL questions that any thinking person would want answered before committing their precious votes to a man who may be the least-known presidential candidate in our history.  There are millions who'll vote for him just because he's black and millions more who'll vote for him simply because he's a Democrat and quite a number who'll vote for him because he's NOT a Republican, all of whom they've been told are responsible for the worsening economy.  There are SOME who'll vote for McCain because they think he's the better choice for President.  There are LOTS who'll vote against Obama because he represents the socialization of this great country and they simply don't want to see that happen to us and our kids, and...yes...there are many who'll vote AGAINST Obama simply because he's black and for no other reason.  These last are not people with whom I'd care to be associated under almost any other circumstance, but at this juncture, I'll take help from wherever I can get it!  The LAST thing we need at this time in our history is an Obama Presidency, a Pelosi-run House and a Reid-controlled Senate.  That's a recipe for disaster.
