Nov. 18, 2008 There is so much in the news as of late that simply makes
me shake my head in wonder.
First, Joran van der Sloot strikes again and shows his
total disregard for women. He was caught in a sting operation by Peter DeVries
while attempting to lure alleged college students from Thailand
to Holland for the so-called purpose of "dancing" for 12 hours a day. These
"dancers" would be paid about $300 per month in Thai currency. Of course,
unbeknownst to them, the goal was to install them in the legal whore
houses of Amsterdam, but we won't let a little detail like that bother us. Once
again, Joran proves to the world what a scumbag he is and that my initial
conclusion that he is a sociopath is right on the money. I wonder what it will
take for someone to finally stop hurricane Joran from continuing his destructive
path across the global landscape?
Next, I have been listening to the once highly respected
Forensic expert, Henry Lee further damage his already sketchy reputation
(remember the Phil Spector trial?). He is claiming that the alleged smell of
human decomposition found in the trunk of accused child killer, Casey Anthony,
could be food!!! Sounds eerily familiar to the now infamous words spoken by
Casey's enabling mother Cindy when she claimed that the smell that both she and
her former homicide detective husband smelled "smelled like a dead body", and
then changed her story to the smell being that of a rotting pizza. Dr. Lee noted
that he found food substances in the car and that could account for the
odor.
Has anyone smelled the rotting flesh of a decomposing
human body? If you have, you would never confuse it with anything else
other than what it actually is and as an aside, cadaver dogs do
not hit on anything but decomposing human flesh. Once again
Dr. Lee takes a hit in my opinion for the sake of money and publicity. He
began his downfall with the O.J. Simpson case, continued with the unethical
behavior that he displayed during the Spector trial and now his comments on the
Caylee Anthony case secure his place among the once respected turned into the
laughable.
It never fails to shock me when I see and hear so-called
educated experts sell their souls for the almighty buck and fifteen more minutes
of fame.
In conclusion of my theme, "And Justice For Some", I will
report that Drew Peterson has consulted with a divorce attorney regarding his
wife Stacy. She disappeared about a year ago and he is the primary suspect in
her disappearance. Considering that the death of his previous wife has now been
declared a homicide, and he is also a person of interest, any attempts to claim
custody of his children with Stacy and their marital assets would be a total
joke. It's fairly obvious that she can't contest the divorce and he is probably
the only person that knows exactly why.
Would it be asking too much to wish that some kind of
justice could be found for Natalee Holloway, Caylee Anthony and Stacy Peterson?
Sadly, by the time you read this, even more names will
likely be added to the list of the disappeared and more attention
seeking vultures will be front and center to declare their "expert" opinions.
