Nov. 15, 2008 With the Democratic sweep of both the presidency and both houses it would seem that about half of the population is now out in the cold. Amazing. However they are not going to just disappear. Haven't the media and the liberals created a tricky situation for themselves ? I mean just take a look at the TV coverage of the Obama rallies. I have never seen such a useless bunch of freaks in my life: students playing the fool intermingled with haggard looking professional victims. All in all a surreal picture which would have fitted well in to Dante's Inferno. I suppose Obama knows who his supporters are having worked the projects all of his professional life. The usual chronically unemployed preyed upon by a fawning media who reinforce in to their consciousness the lie that the reason for their predicament are those born white created with a type of original sin, their only way expunging it to devote their lives to those not of the same skin color, the darker the recipient the greater the chances for forgiveness. Obama of course does not believe this as he is an educated man capable of seeing through the simple minded propaganda put out by the educational establishment and by the media. I suspect that the political types of both parties have long ago come to the conclusion that the electorate are a bunch of kids who have to have stories told them so as to encourage them to pursue a certain course of action ,in much the same way a kid is encouraged to go to the dentists with the promise of the tooth fairy. All of this seems to auger well for those hoping for some excitement in the coming years .I don't think the Republicans will have much to worry about. If I were them I would just sit back and watch the left make its great blunder. After all how cam the media forever justify its bias if something like the scrutiny usually given to the Republicans is given to the Democrats. Maybe the same amount of scrutiny given Bush's National Guard papers could be given to Obamas birth certificate. I know that the Ananburg Foundation has had a look at it and says it is genuine but after all do they too have a bias, as they are one of NPR's financial contributors. Then of course there is the quewtion of Obama's shady past. Surely some one at some time is eventually going to investigate this, and then who knows where it will eventually lead. After all those who live by the sword (media) die by the sword. What ever happens it will surely be unfavorable for the Democrats, after all 47% of the population are not just going to quitely disappaer. They are a force bound to voice its opinion somewhere. Say the fairness doctine is enacted, this will only fuel the eventual flame as it will find someother way to voice its opinion. Maybe with one avenue of expression cut off it will finance right leaning newspapers or television stations. I can't see them just laying down and dying or surrendering to the left as their opinions are so radically different. How do you talk a stallwart Evenagelist in to quitely allowing his son or daughter to be taught the various perversions of the left, or history from the point of view of a Hobswain or a Naome Chomsky? Americans are amazingly tolerant of one anothers views but there surely has to be a limit.
