May 4, 2008 I'm having the time of my life, as the title of this piece states. Why, you may ask? I'm watching the far left get its head handed to it....finally. Hillary is wandering all over Indiana telling the story of how George Bush oversaw the sale of an Indiana company to China, costing Hoosiers jobs and giving manufacturing technologies to the Chinese. What she ISN'T telling is that the sale was first approved by her husband and HIS administration and that the sale package was put together by none other than George Soros--he, the leftist Democrat financier of all those far-left 527's and Media Matters and Moveon.org. While the MSM is ignoring this, yet another, blatant, out-and-out lie on Ms Clinton's part, it IS getting noticed on the internet and it's only a matter of time before it becomes VERY public. In the meantime, thumbing their respective noses at the far-left Moveon.org crowd and their ilk, both Democrat candidates have committed, what to the far left is the ultimate sin. They've both been interviewed on the Fox News Networt, Obama by Chris Wallace last Sunday and Ms Clinton by the very devil himself...Bill O'Reilly..airing on Wednesday and Thursday. The Moveon crowd had threatened the Democrat candidates if they stooped to appearances on Fox, either in a debate or in personal interviews by vowing to cut off their money and by opposing them in the election (as if these lefties have any other place to go.) That they hate Fox with such virulence is ample evidence that Fox has consistently refused to follow the partisan lead of the other networks who are all basically in the tank for the far left. To me, this means that the outrageously disproportionate influence these people have had on the political process on the Democrats' side is dropping like Obama's approval ratings. I'm loving it! While it doesn't seem to be affecting the loyalties of African American voters, the Jeremiah Wright scandal is causing Obama's approval ratings to drop like a stone, too. How, most of us wonder, could Obama sit in that church for almost 20 years, listening to the hate-filled vileness his minister has been spewing without just getting up and walking out. Unless, that is, he stayed because he shares those views in some measure. Of course, it's entirely possible that he doesn't share those views, but stayed because his membership in that church gave him "street credit" in the black community and helped advance his political ambitions. Now that it's become public and Mr. Wright is running all over the place REPEATING that stupid, anti-American stuff, Obama has entered panic mode and is denouncing it. I've got a clue for him. "It's 'WAY too little and 'WAY too late, Obama!" If he winds up being the nominee, that stuff is going to follow him right up to the election and will undoubtedly hand the election to the GOP. Let's recap a bit. Hillary keeps getting caught in outright lies--the Bosnia sniper nonsense and her latest about how she's blaming President Bush for something her own husband actually did. Obama is ALSO getting caught in lies--about how he didn't have a clue about how his minister for 20 years obviously hates this country and practices that wedge-intention of the KGB...so-called Black Liberation Theology. Nobody really believes that, or Wright's recent reiteration of those loony conspiracy beliefs has served as "the last straw" for Obama. This is all very entertaining in the extreme and frankly, I'm enjoying the heck out of it! ------------ About the author: David A.
