Voting Actually Matters

It matters. Voting actually matters. Don’t let the media tell you anything different.

If you are a democrat then stop reading right now. Because nothing I say is going to get you to change your mind. You already want higher taxes and a stronger government presence in your life and to that, I wish you good luck. Though there are plenty of other countries (China and Cuba) that already have the type of government that you want. And trust me, any country with H. Clinton as president would try real hard to look like one of those. Obama, please. A freshman congressman as president. I have more government experience than him.

And just to settle any race or sex issue to rest I would vote for Condi Rice in a heartbeat. I think that she has just as much experience as any other candidate. Though she seems to be smart enough NOT to run. I think is was Benjamin Franklin who said, that anyone who wants the presidency THAT bad shouldn’t have it.

I want to talk to the republicans who watch the debates and are having a difficult time deciding who to vote for.

Giuliani is a great crisis manager and would be great if we were ever attacked again on our soil. President, I don’t think so.

Huckabee, funny, charming and a liberal in sheeps clothing. I just can’t believe that anyone with as strong as a Christian background as he says he has would vote the way he did in his state.

Romney, would run this country like a fortune 500 company. Which wouldn’t be bad if you subscribed to all the company policies.

McCain, an American hero who sides with the dems a little too often.

Fred Thompson. Probably the most articulate candidate that we have, probably the best candidate for the republican side of the fence, but isn’t taken seriously because of his Hollywood background.

Where does that leave us? With who you feel the best with. Personally, I’m going to go with any of the candidates who run against the democrat candidate. Because there is never going to be a candidate that runs with what you believe in 100%. Lets just hope that the voting process works and that no dems are brought into the fore.
