May 24, 2007 A Witch was dancing on a moon, and nobody could hear the music but she did and kept making circling motions with her wrists. On those wrists she was wearing bangles, and when one two or more would touch one another they made noises. She danced with her eyes closed. She wore heels, but the heels didn’t seem to slow her down. She wore no hat. She was not that kind of Witch. She had high cheekbones, and beautiful black eyes. She was white, but had a bit of color, and was not pale white. She wore two hoops in her right ear and two hoops in her left. They were silver, but it was a funny thing, because if you watched her, it would seem that the hoops would disappear from time to time. She had something in her left hand, something small. It might have been a crystal of some sort. It could have been a car key. It could have been a map to the future. Some people liked to think it was a map to the future. It had gone out of fashion to be a Witch, and there were definitely no other Witches dancing on that moon, but she was not one to follow trends. She kept on dancing there. She had full lips, and a knowing smile. She was able to conjure rainbows, and sometimes, if she wanted, she could enter another person’s dream. Centuries before, she had walked down roadsides, and there were county fairs, invincible mosquitoes flying around in robust August nights, and white houses with wrap around porches. Now she danced and danced and danced, with her bangles, and what was maybe her map of the future. She danced there, with high cheekbones, heels, and no hat. ------------ Email Brian Michael Barbeito: Brian1750@Hotmail.com Comment on this article here! ------------ All articles are EXCLUSIVE to Useless-Knowledge.com and are not allowed to be posted on other websites.
