As I have said a number of times, I really marvel at how the minds of those who have accepted Christianity as literal truth functions. When I’m in brief conversation with one, I always brace myself for what it is that will certainly be stupid to flow from their mouths. I say brief, in conversation because once I can tell that they are a born-again believer, I wait for something either stupid, offensive, or both to emanate from their mouth. I just know that it’ll be stupid, no matter what the subject may be.

You can be conversing with the average Christian about virtually anything, and you can bet, if possessing the least bit of logic, you’ll be shocked and amazed. You’ll be shocked and amazed that a human being in this day and age can be so incredibly dim-witted. Some of the highlights of different conversations that I have had on relatively recent events with these idiots are as follows:

On AIDS: I’ve conversed with a few Christians before on this touchy subject. Of course I don’t know offhand whether a person is christian or not, this fact just seeps out as they speak. The emanations from their mouths become dumber and dumberer as time passes. I then excuse myself from the conversation when I know what their mindset is. The more of a fundamentalist the Christian is, the more stupid he or she will be.

Be that as it may, this is what I heard from several Christians on AIDS.

“This is God’s punishment on Gay people. I think that they get what they deserve. God doesn’t like homo’s.”

For the stupid christian who holds this view, they should see some of the innocent children and babies that are affected or born with HIV. They should be forced to see some of their fellow human beings who have been affected by this disease inadvertently. This could be strictly by accident; namely a blood transfusion or by having unprotected sex with someone who carries the virus. You don’t have to be gay, just careless. So in the christian mind, this person should suffer and waste away with this hideous illness. It’s their god’s justice.

On Katrina: “That storm came down there because of the wickedness of the people in New Orleans. They were partying and drinking too much. You know that Mardi Gras thing is an abomination.”

I actually heard this come from the mouth of a grown man. For a person to say such a stupid thing, the brain definitely has to be on hiatus. I asked this dolt to explain his god killing the innocent along with the so-called guilty, which were tried and convicted with this storm. He replied that, “God will kill one thousand people in order to save, one.”

Well, with that logic, nothing matters I guess. An innocent child, or even a baby will be killed along with the drug dealer and murderer. Just as long as some killing is going on, this god of theirs is satisfied. You know, the christian belief system would be a tad more believable if only the guilty were killed in these “divine tantrums”.

On the 2006 Indonesian Tsunami: “God sent that tidal wave there because those people are Muslim.”

With all of that divine killing going on, someone should have slipped a note to their angry god that all of the wildlife, pets, children, and babies killed weren’t Muslim. The babies and animal life certainly were not. Those Christians sure do have an ill-tempered sky daddy. I wonder who took a whiz in his cornflakes?
On the September 11th, 2001 Tragedy: “Those people who jumped to their deaths from the burning tower are going to hell…because they committed the unpardonable sin. They committed suicide. God don’t forgive suicide.”

Yep, I heard that bit of malarkey come out of the sewage pit of a Christian’s mouth too. I suppose that if these Christians were in the same situation, with the temperature of the fire behind them being over 2000 degrees, they would have just stood there and been burned alive. Yeah, right.

This is why I’m so against these people. I’ve had enough experience with them over the years to come to the understanding that they are stupid. They are not only stupid, but in addition, they lack compassion. They are miserable, ignorant, and devoid of logic and compassion. That is also why I say that the average christian is dangerous. This danger lies in different levels from sleeping with your wife, stealing from the unsuspecting and gullible with televangelist shows, to cold-blooded murder. Since they are miserable and usually poor, ( unless becoming rich from televangelist thievery ), they delight in seeing someone struggle and fall. That way, in their misery, they can yet feel superior. Also they have this all-powerful sky daddy who will “get you” if you mess with them. Their sky dad will also put you on the torment stage for their eternal show if you have more than they do, or question their authority to judge. To these people, everything that happens bad to them is, “The Devil”. Everything that happens good to them comes from their god. However, this is reversed for the world. Anything that happens that is good to a “worldly” person is from…the devil. Everything bad is justice from their god.

I can’t stand the actions and thoughts of these people. I try not to hate. It’s a struggle not to, and I’ll admit that at one time I did. Now I just pity them.
