On March 30, 2003 Rumsfeld stated on ABC News that the United States knew where these weapons of mass destruction were hidden. He [Rumsfeld] went on to say that these WMD’s were specifically in and around Tikrit and Baghdad as well as all points north, south, east, and west. May 1, 2003 Bush declares “Mission Accomplished” and the end of major combat operations in Iraq. May 9, 2003 Wolfowicz said that the United States government has settled on the WMD angle as a pretext for this war with Iraq. May 29, 2003 Bush admits that no WMD’s had been found in Iraq despite Rumsfeld’s statements that WMD’s were absolutely in Iraq and he knew exactly where. In the Duelfer Report, released by the CIA on October 7, 2004, it is mentioned that there never were any WMD’s in Iraq and no provisions to create them. More “fixed” data fed to our congress and the people of the United States, but the war continues anyway. The smell of fish is getting stronger. Do you smell it yet?

October 25, 2004 the New York Times reports that 380 tons of explosives are missing from the US arsenal in Iraq. Does anyone except me think that perhaps there should have been guards guarding these 380 tons of explosives? Could these missing explosives be the same ones being used to kill and dismember our troops? Are you smelling the fish yet?

January 30, 2005 the United States loses $9 Billion dollars. This is not like losing or not being able to account for a few thousand dollars this is $9 BILLION DOLLARS!!!! Come on people wake up and smell the fish? This Administration is getting smellier with each day that ticks off. Where do we draw the line here? When do we begin to hold Bush and his cronies accountable for these lies, fabrications, and bungles? I say the time is NOW!!!

When the democrats first took back power in congress they stated that impeachment is temporarily off the table. Since that time there have been intermittent grumblings from both the left and the right with regard to the possibility of impeachment. I think it is past time to place impeachment on the table as the main course. I think it is high time to toss out the fish in this dishonest Administration and replace that stench with honest, straightforward, credible people that have the best interests of the people of the United States in mind instead of those who hide behind the Fifth Amendment and Executive Privilege as this Administration has done time and again. Impeach Bush, impeach Cheney, and impeach the rest of this crooked fish smelling Administration!!! Do it NOW!!!
